DO NOT take your car to get tinted at JRs Tint in Santa Fe. We have used him for years and referred several customers to him This year as a birthday gift My kids decided to tint my windows. Of course we used him since we have done in the past ...the first time my driver side window had glue on it like a thick black glue. I was told to wait the five days and then I could wipe it off while come to find out, it was in between the tint and it had to be removed. He redid the window within 15-20 minutes and when I saw it, it had a ton of bubbling. I was told to wait another five days we waited two weeks in the bubbling is still there so I returned the vehicle to get it fixed, and he refused to fix it after we were told that he has a one-year warranty on the Tint. I contacted him asking him why and he said he refuses to fix it because he's not gonna waste his time and yelled at me and said he gets plenty of business that he doesn't need mine. If you ask me, this is poor business, and I will never refer anybody to him again. Eclipse and most places do life time warranty's this jerk won't even fix his own mistake! read more
