Tons of dust in all the cracks of my panels and air vents still, no leather conditioner was used, my windows were done poorly covered in smudges, My rims look like they were not even tried on, engine bay wasn't even touched. PLUS I got it back with paint chips on my door which I know weren't there because like I said I had just gotten my truck back from the dealership were they painted that exact door a week before. My partner had been communicating with the owner, Fabian, a few months prior to our arrival about wrapping the camper and also doing other modifications while we were there. We sincerely appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail they provided while doing the wrap and helping us with five other modification and accessories. Besides wrapping the camper, the other projects they helped us with were attaching two awnings, 2 exterior aluminum storage boxes, a propane holder and installing 2 exterior side light bars (sorry if I missed anything)!! First off, it is an extreme rarity that I pay money to get my vehicle detailed, as I typically do…read moreit misled. But I was kind of desperate, just took a road trip for Thanksgiving and my car was nasty, doing the same for Christmas and honestly I needed a detail done bad. I gave this place a chance because of the good reviews (only 5 total reviews here so far but they were all good). I stopped by to inquire before I dropped off my car, Kyle walked around my vehicle with me and gave me hope. He was courteous. I dropped my Z06 off this morning. My engine bay looks great, I'll just wipe it all down myself briefly once to get some shine off and make sure it's all even and clean. But that's it unfortunately. I do credit them for wiping everything down inside and out, you can see that much. But you can also see that things weren't gone back over to get rid of inconsistent shiny spots, missed spots, swirls, etc. nothing was rubbed in or polished. The inside at least had the same rag used for EVERYTHING, at this point the exterior was done the same. Dirty between wheel spokes, so they were obviously not wiped down individually with time. Ha you can still see my wiper marks on my windshield. ... So on and so on... I gave the key to the person who "checked me in." He gets in and drives off. Then the thought hit me, how are they going to contact me when my car was finished. So I walked back and wrote down my name and number to someone else that worked there. I picked up my car, paid (no credit card machine is odd I thought in today's society but not a huge deal). Key was given to me and the guy disappeared in back to probably go back to work. No receipt was given, nothing written down, odd.. As I'm writing this review I'm realizing now how inconsistent everything was during this complete experience, shame on me for not thinking of this all right away... Kyle was not there today either time that I was there, so I'm not sure if that would've changed anything or all of this is "normal." I really wanted to like this place, I am disappointed for whatever that is worth. I do not recommend this place at all. I just blew $120... I give the second star for good appearing engine bay and for Kyle's initial interaction with me.
