I and my family have had several cars tinted here over the years and the service is always awesome! We've never had any problems with the tint bubbling and they guarantee their work so if it did bubble they would fix it. I took my 2017 Nissan Rogue here and got the ceramic tint. Darker tint on the back windows and lighter on the front. I also got a strip across the windshield. The application process took only a few hours and then I was able to pick it up. After cautioning me to not roll the windows down for at least a week I was good to go. The tinting greatly improved the quality of my car. 1.5 years later it's still perfect. When I had a bad experience with the Tint Co. for scheduling (and then subsequently rudely verbally treated when trying to confirm the scheduling the day before appointment - see the yelp review) i found Tint Masters thru google and yelp's positive reviews. So I decided to call; Barry was pleasant to converse on the phone. Upon giving the year and model of my car, he quoted some price ranges, qualifying that it is a function ultimately of the film selected. He also advised that they were booked up for a couple of weeks but offered some available days to which I selected a day for an appointment. VERDICT: Tint Masters is a very professional shop staffed by good skilled people who are upfront and honest and experienced. They are sincere and personable in Barry and Lisa. At drop off, Barry explained all the choices of films and commensurate prices. Lisa, who called to inform me that my car was finished explained in detail at pick up how the newly installed film must be treated, how to clean, how to TLC. She also went over warranty and what's covered. She communicated all these smiling (I can tell) behind her Covid facemask. (!) On customer service alone, I'm sold--niceness and sincerity go a long way! I'm loving the great quality job they did on my Volvo. Before leaving, Lisa quipped that she will see me when my next car needs tinting. I told her I will... I've used other tint places in ABQ, what a nightmare! Shoddy work and when they get too many come backs they just close up shop and open under a different name somewhere else. Not here. I've had three vehicles tinted here and all have been perfect. Quality, no bubble, no mess, clean install. First tint job I ever had done by them was in 2009 and still looks great! Father bought a new Avalon and we got an appointment to have it tinted here first thing. They knew all about some films interference with the smart key function and got the correct film for the car so it was done right. Beautiful install when done. I've already said it, but every tint job I've had done has been really quality work done with care. Will definitely use them again. read more

Took my brand new car to them to tint the front 2 and rear windows. My problem was with the sloppiness of the job done in putting my doors back together AFTER Daniel had put the tint on. As I was leaving there was an alarm that kept beeping and wouldn't turn off. Again, I've had the car for one week and still learning all its bells and whistles. I couldn't for the life of me figure this alarm out! I made it about 2 blocks down the street when I saw the dash lights were indicating that my door was still open...as I was driving! I pulled over and went to shut it properly and still, indicator alerted me to it being open. I tried again, this time pulling harder knowing this isn't normally how it's supposed to be and still wouldn't shut properly. By this time, I'm freaking out because again, brand new car and I'm thinking, "what did they do to my door!!!!". Obviously I go back and explain the situation and Daniel comes out to take a look at it. It turns out that he'd left a light dangling out of the door panel where it should have been INSIDE! SLOPPY WORK! And to top it all off, he had the nerve to brush it off as if it wasn't a big deal. He made it worse by "apologizing" with a smirk on his face! I said, oh you think this is funny? He mumbled something inaudible but at that point, I didn't even care to hear him anymore. Sometimes, a genuine apology is all it takes to make things better. When someone chuckles as they apologize for something they did wrong, it doesn't hold much merit in my opinion. All of this to make my point, there are so many more businesses in this city that are more deserving of your hard earned money...avoid this one at all costs! read more

I've taken my vehicles here to have my windows tinted three times over the years and they do a great job on the window tinting. They normally take less than an hour to do my driver and passenger door windows. The people working there are friendly and do offer a warranty on their work. If I get another new vehicle, I would definitely bring my car here. read more

Do yourself a favor and keep looking for another tint company to take care of you. I contacted Tint Masters to install window tint on 4 small office windows. They showed up on time for the quote and were respectful. The gentleman said they would contact me for an install date. TWO WEEKS later i still have no tint and they gave me multiple excuses for not contacting me and also not showing up. They are horrible at communication and scheduling. I am now having to find another tint company. read more

I called on a Tuesday to request a quote for a tint job in my home. I spoke to Barry who was the guy that does residential estimates and he said he would come on Saturday at 3pm. He never showed, never called, just left me waiting. I called the store several times over the course of an hour but no answer. Finally, I left voicemail & assumed I would get a call back on Tuesday when they came in, but, no phone call. I called them again on Wednesday to let them know AGAIN what happened. The guy I spoke with said he was going to pass my name & number to Barry. Three and a half days later I still have not received a return phone call. I'm disappointed because they did a great job tinting my husband's car, even got us in at the last minute - that's the only reason I've given them a 2 star rating. I felt like they were a well run business & that's why I chose them to get my home tinted. Obviously, they are not a well run business and deserve a thumbs down from me. read more
