I truly like being able to come here and send out small packages quickly. Also, I recently had occasion to have some small booklets printed and, after a bad experience at another printer last year I decided to give RRP a try. To my great surprise, this place was able to do exactly what I wanted, in less than two hours, and at 1/4 of the price the "chain" place down the hill did last year. Any more printing I need will be here. The only complaint I have is that they don't open the post office portion until 11:00 a.m. On some days, that really messes up my errand schedule, but I've learned to live with it.

Time to update and state that, five years later, this company remains as good as it gets. First and foremost, they don't bullsh*t. When you call/message/text/stop by, they're going to be realistic about what they can and cannot create, and you'll get a realistic ETA. Second, the product always shines. I've ordered everything from banners and signage to printed materials and stickers, it's all very, very Good. And third, this is my favorite aspect of the biz: they're amazing community partners. Over the years, they've provided plenty of materials and support to local businesses, most evidenced by so many restaurants that proudly posted their un-gender-specific bathroom signage that, honestly, couldn't be better stated.
