Sure, there was a fee to convert our logo to a usable file but every shop had this fee. The per piece price was very reasonable, they had great recommendations on sizing and placement, the turnaround time was fantastic and they were very communicative during the production process sending proofs and making small adjustments as needed. When you call/message/text/stop by, they're going to be realistic about what they can and cannot create, and you'll get a realistic ETA. Second, the product always shines.
