I say well what's the point of making an appointment if you can't get me on the time you scheduled me. Which was fine I just got me an Uber home but then they call and say they can't get my passenger window to roll down. That was working fine before I dropped it off. But then they call me and say it started working and the vehicle was ready. They kept calling and texting to make sure I'm going to go and get the vehicle on time and it was impossible to get an Uber at the time but when I finally got one and I got there... The front two windows did not match the rear windows they were a lot lighter than the rear and I pointed it out to him and they say oh my guys must've gotten confused and just put the same percentage all the way around. I then told them that I was not leaving until they fixed it so he asked if I still have 30 minutes... I was like 30 minutes if we have that much time why were you rushing me to get here and now you want to redo your guys' mistake. He replied that they were just trying to get out a little early but had to wait on other customers anyway so now they had time. So anyways they fix their mistake tint job came out great in general but customer service and lack of communication was not so well and also when I get home I'm checking everything out and like I said tint looks great but for being that everything is machine cut then why was there scrap pieces of tint left crumbled up in the floorboard of my backseat. I like to get what I pay for and pay full price. I have another vehicle that needs some tint work but from the looks of it I will not be bringing it here!!!

My partner had been communicating with the owner, Fabian, a few months prior to our arrival about wrapping the camper and also doing other modifications while we were there. We sincerely appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail they provided while doing the wrap and helping us with five other modification and accessories. Besides wrapping the camper, the other projects they helped us with were attaching two awnings, 2 exterior aluminum storage boxes, a propane holder and installing 2 exterior side light bars (sorry if I missed anything)!! We are incredibly happy how everything turned out and so grateful for the care we received by Fabian and his team. We drove a long way for this service and I am sure if we decide to have more work done, we will most definitely make the journey back. We receive compliments on the wrap everywhere we go. The first was finished quickly and…read morewas flawless...However, the second vehicle was delayed for two weeks after paying full price, and after completion, the lettering was placed in the wrong place and was crooked. After having to wait three days to get the vehicle back into the shop for replacement lettering, I discovered that the employees had NOT been advised of the incorrect placement and leveling, and then I waited another day to receive the vehicle back after attempting to correct the mistake. One side that was in fact replaced, was still crooked. Being in need of the vehicle, I took possession and decided not to utilize this company for any further markings for my business... VERY Disappointed!!!
