After having to wait three days to get the vehicle back into the shop for replacement lettering, I discovered that the employees had NOT been advised of the incorrect placement and leveling, and then I waited another day to receive the vehicle back after attempting to correct the mistake. One side that was in fact replaced, was still crooked. Being in need of the vehicle, I took possession and decided not to utilize this company for any further markings for my business...
