I reached out to the manager John via the yelp app and he responded within minutes each time. I was told they could be done by the end of the day and they were done in less than an hour! I had a last minute request that I had to complete in TWO days, and not only was Ad It Up the fastest in terms of replying with a timely response to my request and quote, but they were able to accept my offer and get the job done! I was impressed with the swift latency of talking with John through email about the logistics of the print, and he made sure to ask me / answer questions to confirm that the specs were just right and that the print would turn out exactly how I wanted it. Ultimately I am still astounded that they were able to complete my request in a matter of TWO days, which is a turnaround time I wouldn't even want to expect from a print shop! This is a simple mom and pop shop that does Screen printing on whatever material you provide. They will work with you and whatever you need to get printed. I needed to get some white coats embroidered and gave them a try. Definitely recommend this place after my experience. They were willing to do a digital file or upload my own file. They could even change the font and size of the lettering. It feels modern with a touch of family business. Keep up the good work guys. read more

Ad It Up did a small job for us very quickly. I appreciated that they were open to our smaller, simple request for souvenirs for a family reunion. They let us use our own materials (surprisingly many other places weren't too happy about that), but also had a great selection of their own. Communication was great, both in store and over email. Unfortunately, The reviews don't hold up anymore. I went in to get shirts printed and embroidery work done on several different things. Hats, shorts, shirts,seat covers if they could do them, ect. Its a simple Hawaiian warrior head print with possibly letters but they didn't seem interested. I showed them some printed shirts I had got done before as well to show what I was wanting done. It started off with a young guy then he went to get a young lady to where she took over. She said it could be a week and a half plus to get anything done and I told her no problem I give them away anyway so I don't have deadlines. She then said it could be 3 weeks. I guess they are too busy. I came here based on the reviews I read. I wish it still was the same place that these other people went to because I told them I have a lot of shirts I need done.I was originally going to go back to see if they could do the car seats for my jeep build but after I was treated its not worth going back. They never even tried to get me to a pricing stage. It's like they didn't want me there. Maybe its because how I was dressed? I don't know but I do know that the previous reviews do not represent this place anymore. read more

Secondly, if you're like me, and require the utmost customer service experience, and are very particular with details and how those details are meticulously handled, look no further. My husband and I took over a teeball team, very last minute, and with opening day quickly approaching, I needed shirts for my parents stat. I had no idea who would get this together for me last minute. Time was ticking and I still needed to gather orders. I reached out to several shops without luck. I was referred to them by a friend. I was greeted immediately with a kind voice, ready to assist. With every request along the way (including an addition for a parent who's kid started 3 days before opening day) they were very happy to help, and did everything in their power to accommodate me. Even at times I fully anticipated a "no". They were the most friendly, most professional business I've dealt with in ages.
