Would not fulfill an order label bought online 20 minutes prior to purchase and tried to get customer to pay for the same service twice while not understanding situation and qouting three times price for same service found online. Seems company is supporting big business and doesn't care about local people or there needs. I would say stay away but reality is what choices do we really have if you want to ship in certain situations, disappointing. read more

Pretty inattentive, very non-customer oriented staff. I was there this afternoon. No hello, no how can i help you, nothing. The guy yelled next and just stared. I told him what I needed, he took the papers to fax and put them in the machine. While I was waiting, he took care of another customer while picking his back teeth with a white credit card. I paid, no thanks, no nothing. After checking the fax confirmation, I saw only 7 of 8 pages faxed. I asked and was told there no charge for the cover sheet. As I started walking away, he said something to the female coworker and they both started laughing. I won't use this store again, there are too many others looking for business. Worst experience at this location. While shipping a care package for my son who is in the army. Vic (the guy with all the tattoos) immediately seemed annoyed because the address was very long, after he finished typing it he asked me to verify the address. I noticed a missing line and simply pointed it out, at which point Vic immediately lost his temper. He aggressively swung the monitor toward me and rudely snapped, "It's right here." I was stunned by his unprofessional and completely unacceptable behavior. I stood in shock trying to process what just happened. I looked over to another employee who silently made contact and gesture "I'm sorry" Sean, "the manager", approached the counter at which point clarified the address was correct; it just doesn't show on the register screen. After explaining what happened Sean's response was even more appalling--rather than acknowledging the problem or offering an apology, he simply shrugged it off, saying, "I choose to employ these people." That level of disregard for customer service and basic respect is beyond disgusting. All while Vic was in the backroom still hollering. If you want to be treated with even a shred of decency, avoid this place at all costs. read more

I went here before an interview to get my resume and way too many documents printed out here and Ricky was just Amazing! He helped me and was patient with me even though I sent my documents to the wrong email address but he kindly walked me through the steps. Made sure all my prints came out nicely and I'm super thankful for this print shop and his helpfulness! If I get the job UPS gets half the credit because these prints are on point! Yesterday morning, Monday, April 21, I went to the UPS Store to free ship a turn item that I had purchased online. Once inside the were two clerks (female -L & male latino-R) with each helping a customer. Once the male's customer left he looked at me stood at the register for a moment then walked away. He did so in a meandering way as if he wasn't sure where to go. When he got about six feet away he made a u-turn and stood behind his register. He again looked at me but this time said something that I could not understand but I thought meant "yeah". I said, "Good morning " to which he never responded. I paused for a moment and made sure he made eye contact with me and I said again, "Good morning". I think he returned the greeting but I was not able to understand him as he was mumbling. After he scanned my return code he slide the box back across the counter back to me and immediately said that I had selected a different location for the item to be returned. I confirmed with him about the return location, thanked him and left. He never thanked me nor did he ever smile during my entire time there. I actually got the impression that I was either unwelcome or bothering him. I went to my car to see if there was a way to change the return location to where I was at the moment and was able to do so. When I went back in the female greeted me with a smile. I explained that I was able to change the location to "this" location. She said "Ok great", then scanned my code and we both said thank you and I left. I can't help but feel that the male probably knew about the ability to change the location but didn't bother to share it with me. There were no other customers behind me at the time so it couldn't have been an issue of being busy or distracted. His overall customer service was unfriendly, poorly communicative and generally appeared to not wanting to be there or bothered. If this is not his regular way of performing his job he probably should have taken the day off as his attitude was sour. read more

We were in need of a Notary and they have to be on staff most days. They were also super sweet with our daughters while trying to get our documents signed. When is the last time you has an employee talk to your three year olds like they were people and not just possible agents of chaos? Loved the atmosphere and the speed of service. It cost us a little under $6 to get a medical power of attorney locked up. We would definitely use UPS again for their Notary and shipping services!!! Two-plus years ago after continuously having my mail delivered to my neighbors and me receiving theirs, I rented a box here. Smartest thing I've done - my mail, magazines, and packages now arrive as ordered and the customer service here remains superlative. Sean, Roman, Riley, Mykayla (sp?) and everyone whose name I don't know worked their butts off to comply with Covid restrictions and calm the cranky, non-compliant customers with a level of grace I envy. I normally don't leave reviews. But I had to leave my experience. I went to this location because it is near my residence. The first time I was there, there was an elderly lady in front of me was inquiring about a package she needed to send and the man was shouting to her and being abrasive.By the time the lady left she was close to tears. The second time I went to mail a package and older gentleman was so rude by grabbing the package out my hand and tossed it to the side haphazardly. I asked to speak to a manager when he turned around and said he was the owner and did not need my business then around and walked away. Wouldn't set foot there again. read more

This place has been my in-town hub for my small business for more than 10 years. I used to keep a USPS mailbox and had to hit Kinkos all the time, but my UPS Store gives me a physical location to pick up my mail 24/7, they sign for packages for me, they have FAX machines, copiers and computers if I need them. Plus they have tons of print and graphics services, I get all my business cards and flyers done here. On top of that, they always greet me by name and make me feel like my business is important to them. read more

Excellent service, I always use this location to have them pack and ship my mailings and they have always done an excellent job. everything has always mad it to its intended destination, in good shape, as expected, on time. What more can you ask for. The staff is friendly and will answer all your questions, there is usually no line but of course holiday time almost guarantees lines every day so I suggest that you ship very early which guarantees ontime delivery and avoids delays due to storms and holiday rush. ****Important Please Avoid this Store!**** I went into the store to get a notarized document and get some mail sent out. I was helped out by Moriah. It was the worst service I had ever received in any business by far! She was very PREJUDICE and unwilling to help me out. I had needed several things and all she kept asking was rude questions. I tried to call the manager back as I have never experienced this kind of service from a UPS store where I was addressed by Jerry who stated he was the manager. He continued in the same manner. He screamed at me and said how "dare I speak about his employee in this manner." I believe he was defensive for other reasons but in no way did he try to resolve the customer issue or even the actions of his employees behavior. He stated also he has access to his online reviews and would take down any negativity. He then told me that he has everyone that walks into his store there are voice and video recording's. How scary to be in that type of business with women's wallets open for his access to view. He then asked for my personal information while still continuing to yell and be sarcastic. I was even afraid I had done business there and had them in use of my address so I called the UPS central Station. This UPS store is locally owned and not part of the chain. ***DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!*** I bought two bubble mailers on Monday 12/12 and also sent in a package. On Saturday 12/17 my daughter dropped off the two packages using the bubble mailers that I bought earlier that week with the pre-paid labels on it. The cashier said that she had to pay $4.45 for the bubble mailers and she didn't know any better so she paid for it. When she gave me the receipt, I told her that I paid for those already so I went into the store and asked to speak with someone about that. One of the cashiers pointed to the guy with a beard to attend to me. I explained that we should not get charged for the mailers and he basically said that anything taken from the store needs to be paid for. I kept telling him repeatedly that I did buy that earlier in the week and his response was that "I don't have time right now to check the security camera from a few days ago!" Really? He didn't even ask for a receipt and just assumed the worst of me and that's what got me so upset. Then he continued by saying that he saw my daughter took them off the shelves so I told him to go ahead and check his security camera right away. He checked and came back to the cashier that attended to my daughter. His story was that he asked my daughter if she took those from the shelves and she said yes. So I brought back my daughter back to the store and she explained that it was a misunderstanding that she thought he asked if she wanted a receipt. I finally got a refund but after a long struggle of argument with him for almost 30 minutes!!! Yes, I made a scene but it's about the principle that I should not pay anything twice and it's NOT about the $5!! Secondly, I don't appreciate his response to check the security camera when I told him that I paid for those bubble mailer earlier in the week. Thirdly, I don't appreciate anyone accusing my daughter and me that we didn't pay for those things. Whoever this guy is, he has ZERO customer service skills and extremely rude. By the way, on my way out the door, I heard he dropped my packages on the floor. WOW!!! What a great customer service.. NOT!!! read more

I DID NOT HAVE A GUN! A few months ago I went into the UPS Store in Rio Rancho's, by the Smith's. I just had to drop of a package. The lady was uncaring and rude. No thank you, no eye contact. Oh well I had no reason to go back. So I thought. The other day I needed a notary and had to drop off very important real estate documents. I went back into that store hoping for better service. Fat chance. When I walked in a group of employees and one person that was not on duty were having a chat session. They had the young kid out there helping the person ahead of me. I knew when it was my turn he would say "sorry I am not the notary" When my turn came up I told him what i needed and he said "sorry I am not the notary". Now the chat session was going to have to be broken up and the notary was going to have to work. I waited for him to help me but he ignored me and started helping the person behind me. I ask are you going to help me or not? He said NO!. I was kinda of glade because I now did not trust my documents with these fools anyway. I took a photo for my review asked for a card and walked out, said nothing else. The punk followed me out of the store. I jump out of my car and he ran back in. I tried to leave again and he came at me again. I jumped out my car and he ran back in again. I did not know UPS has its employees follow out unhappy customers to try to escalate the situation. Then he calls the cops and says I had a gun! What an idiot! He should be arrested for wasting the time of our law enforcement. They came to my house, no big deal. A few months ago I wrote a review on a UPS Store located at 8100 Wyoming Blvd NE. I normally am too busy to write reviews about mail stores, however I was so impressed with this stores professionalism and mannerism I had to write one. 5 stars for sure, 6 even. Read it. Anyone wanting to open a business should go to that store on Wyoming and see how it is done, how to treat your customers, your life blood. Then go to the Rio Rancho UPS store and see how not to run a business and how not to treat your customers. I will not be treated disrespectfully or like I am invisible by any business. read more
