I cant say enough about how great the employees and the service are at this location. I run a business and require a ship to site since I am unable to be at my warehouse 9 hours a day to sign for packages. Also since UPS closed both of their company locations a while ago I can only drop shipments off at a UPS Store. Staff always seem to be in a great mood, maybe due to how the managers run the show. I was a staff sgt in the army and happy troops come with good leadership that cares about them. Yes, there is a UPS Store closer to work but I am in and out of this place so fast I am staying with them. They also have a dolly out front if needed that I dont see at other sites where you have to ask for them to pull it out. Again, I cant say enough about how great the staff and service are at this store. More companies should be run like this. I will be with them for the next 20 years. read more

I went into this location to trace a package that I sent with them only to be ignored as I continued to ask questions. Finally, I had to raise my voice to get attention because it was a hangout session. They were not the least bit interested in helping me locate my package. Somebody from the back came forward because there was three clowns in the front when he came to the front I explained to him what was going on and I needed help tracking it and he said he has no idea what to do but he "thinks" that there's nothing that can be done either you know or you don't so we went round and round a few minutes. He still didn't have a clue about anything. People have busy lives. This is the last thing they want to deal with. As far as value is concerned with this kind of customer service, there is no value because it's justice derelict as USPS . Ridiculous actually. Every time I think Service cannot get worse, it proves me wrong again. Something has to be done with all these people that are just getting paid to hang out and do nothing and completely. This is the worst customer service ever! I ship frequently. This place has severely damage two items. One item was $5,500 piece of artwork THAT I PAID THEM TO PACK. The other was a $500 piece of audio equipment. Both items were insured. Both items were damaged in shipping with pictures to document. They refused to pay the insured amount and handed back the damaged items basically saying too bad. What choice is left but to take them to court? The manager said he would check on things and put in an appeal. He never answered multiple emails or phone calls. 6 weeks later the claim was denied and he showed me the original denial. There was no appeal. I asked if I could talk to the owner and the owner refused to meet with or call me. BEWARE!!!! GO anywhere else. I now use FED EX and have had a good experience so far. If I am force to use UPS then I go to the customer service center which is not a franchise and will honor an insured item. read more

This shout out is long overdue.....this location has been my shipping go to for years, and I have to say, the staff consistently goes above and beyond to help me with each service, and always with a smile. I have brought items in to be packaged using the DeCluttr app, I have made countless Amazon returns, mailed a bazillion Christmas packages, printed way too many documents to count (so relieved to be able to do this since I still haven't replaced my home printer), sent a surprising amount of faxes (because really, who uses fax machines anymore???), made tons of copies...even shredded some docs.....with the utmost ease. So grateful for this staff and this location, I'll be a customer for life!! read more

We have been using this UPS store for over a year now and I can't say enough good things about their employees, the service they offer and the convenience of getting our mail there. We get emails when we have a package or mail waiting to be picked up, which is so convenient. We don't have to waste time stopping there just in case we have mail. Rarely have I stood in line to pick up packages, unlike having a box at the post office. I think I stood in line one time and it was during Christmas which is to be expected. Couldn't be better. On two separate occasions I walked in with stuff to ship and not the faintest idea how to do it, and they fixed me right up. One of those times I put a Mason jar of home canned mint habanero jelly on the counter and said, "this has gotta go to Houston", and the friendly lady said no problem. She did all the packing for me. We just moved here from another state and needed to rent a mailbox. The price is reasonable and the service is excellent. Not only do they accept packages, but I receive a text for every piece of mail I receive. It's so convenient, because I don't have to constantly check my mailbox (I know when mail arrives). I can go into the store after hours using a code to get in the door, so sometimes I collect my mail at 9pm! I've also sent packages out with ease. They have a notary and a fingerprinting service too. This UPS Store is the best I have been to in Albuquerque! The owners are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They went way out of their way to help a distracted, rushed customer (me!) during the Christmas rush. In response to Rich C. Our goal at the UPS store is to have great customer service and work with our customers to come up with the best possible solution for their needs. To protect our customers security when fingerprinting, we cannot send any information to our printer. That is also true regarding emailing the information to the customer. If asked we can write down the confirmation number or put the confirmation number page on a USB drive and print it. I was informing this to Mr. C over the phone. I informed him with our current printer issues I would come in and get a receipt printed for him. He then cursed me out and hung up on me. We have never had a problem with EXP Realty in the past. Checked online prior to coming to the location to make sure they were open. Online shows that they are open until 2 for the holiday weekend. Arrive to the store and they have a printed sign on the door with "closed at 2pm" however the 2pm is scribbled out and replaced with a 1pm. SAD. read more

Left hand does not know what right hand is doing. Was told by one person it was ok to have UPS packages shipped direct to store as a premium MyChoice member, then manager chastised me and charged me $10 for doing so.When I tried to say I paid $40 for the membership, which I believed was supposed to enable me to ship packages there, she told me, "I don't work for UPS. These stores are all franchises." I don't need to be talked to like a third grader, especially by a manger who obviously doesn't train her employees very well if each one has a different theory on how this works. read more
