Always appreciate the service and convenience of FedEx office. I still don't like the copier how you have to put your credit card in and it automatically charges five dollars on your card. It takes three or more days to get your refund back if you don't use the whole five dollars. read more

Service is ok and efficient here at this FedEx. At times, looks like they are understaffed, but staff had always been polite and was always willing to help out. The only negative about this store was..sometimes it was hard to find parking spots closer to this shop..but, in general, it is in a large parking lot area. You may have to park and walk a bit further to get to the shop. read more

My wife went to send a package from this location. Alma the store manager was incredibly rude and said we don't send we ship!!! Who cares what you call it. My wife said okay and then was told the packaging was not an Art tube? My wife told her the people at this store called it that when we purchased it. We had already calculated the cost and then was told it was considerably more. Alma who is the store manager is rude and very unprofessional. When people are spending $90+ to send/ship we would hope for a little more courteous service or at the least just be polite. I know that things are tough right now but I get very irritated when people flat out lie. I was expecting a package today and I got a notification saying that it was attempted to be delivered this morning at 9:38 am but nobody was home. I have many issues with this because first of all, even if nobody was home they always leave my packages from this company on my front porch whether I am home or not and during the pandemic they haven't even been ringing the door bell. There were four people home at the time and loud dogs they would have barked if they would have even come close to the front door. But the real teller is I have cameras and they didn't record anything or even a truck outside. And I have in the instructions very clear details of what the front of my house looks like (there is a boat out front). So they can't even blame it on being at the wrong address. They just straight up lied. And when I called to talk to customer service all they said was an attempt was made but nobody was home and they will deliver it again tomorrow. I said well I need it today. An attempt wasn't made. I have cameras to prove it. He said well my answer isn't going to change. It will be delivered tomorrow. I asked him to at least make sure they had the right address and he said they did. He said you can put instructions on package. I said I had. He said well they will deliver it tomorrow. And he was rude about it. I get that times are hard right now. But don't lie. And don't be rude. Be happy that you still are able to work and bring in a salary. Disappointed to say the least. Update: Twenty minutes after I got off the phone the package showed up at the front door. At least they redeemed themselves a bit by delivering it today. But remember, honesty is the best policy. Terrible customer service!!! Assistant Manager, Roselle, is a new manager that enjoys abusing the Assistant Manager (AM)powers she believes she is entitled to. She forces customers into buying additional products we do not need or will refuse to accept you package if you don't! I suspect there is either some incentive to increase sales on high margin shipping products or this woman truly loves bulling prospective customers. Maybe even a little bit of both... My story: There was an elderly customer in front of me who was trying to drop of a return for an incorrect product a vendor had shipped her. The AM carefully examined the package and decided it was not "good enough" and proceeded to tell her she needed to purchase separate packaging material at an additional cost. The customer explained that this is how the package arrived originally and that she shouldn't have to pay anything to return it. From my standpoint, it looked like it was appropriately packaged, I've seen much worse get pushed through but this is the type of person FedEx has left in charge during the weekend. High on her power trip, AM became defensive and refused to except the package unless she purchased the additional material. I know there are certain shipping requirements, but lets face it, that was just a dick move to force an elderly woman into buying packing supplies. I was disgusted watching this unfold and proceeded to the counter shaking my head. I was simply dropping off a business related packaged and then she proceeded to examine the box and started giving me the same pitch about needing to buy additional packaging materials. I immediately realized that this is her typical sales pitch and still high on her power trip as she immediately became defensive again. I responded that I saw how she treated the elderly customer before me and she is trying to take advantage of customers and that crap on me won't work. My package was straight from the vendor, I have shipped many items out like this without any issues! After arguing with her for a couple of minutes, she finally acknowledged my packing was appropriate but refused to accept my package unless I apologized for being rude!! . Again, all I was trying to do was drop of a package and get a receipt for the tracking. I suppose I'm stubborn, but I refused to apologize for standing up for myself and letting companies take advantage of me. Making a customer apologize in order to ship a package is outrageous!!! As the acting manager, she refused to let the other employees accept my package! After mentioning I wanted the District Managers contact info, she reluctantly told me her name was Roselle as she doesn't wear a name tag or dress in uniform like the other workers. No answer from the DM so I called customer service which they backed the AM and told me I needed to go to the next location 8 miles away... Save yourself some time and money and ship via UPS or USPS. If you have to use FedEx, try to go to a different FedEx location. Update: I am updating this review to 2 stars since the District Manager called me back the same day to do some damage control. We both agreed that this can be used a training opportunity as she is a newer manager but I'm confident he will address the issue accordingly as he never expects customers to have to apologize to FedEx in order to get their pre-paid shipment dropped off. read more

I have studiously avoided using this business ever since FedEx took over Kinko's. Kinko's used to be so helpful, well-trained, and downright good;however, FedEx has screwed it up royally. I went to the location at about 12:45 p.m. to talk about having a small booklet printed. This was a very small 16-page - I had a mock-up done and showed them what I wanted. The young lady who initially waited on me (Theresa) acted like she was doing me a great big favor just to talk to me. She couldn't seem to get what I wanted through her head, so she called over the supervisor (Jessica). FINALLY, Jessica was able to understand what I wanted and printed a sample, except the sample was the wrong size. She turned the order back over to Theresa, who proceeded to enter it and, I THOUGHT, entered it correctly. She gave me a pick-up receipt for the next morning at 8:30, as I needed the booklets by 9:00 a.m. the next day. When I arrived at the location, the clerk on duty pulled out a box with EVERYTHING done wrong. The job had not been printed two-sided as requested, it had not been collated or folded or stapled. It wasn't right. Fortunately Jessica came in and we went over - AGAIN - the specs for the job and she still had the sizes wrong in the sample print-out. So...she said they would have to start over from scratch, but that they would honor the price that Theresa had given me the next day. I gave her the delivery information so the booklets could be delivered, and they were finally delivered by a FedEx Office employee about 10:00 a.m. to my location. They were, wonder of wonders, done correctly!! I was honestly astounded. I won't be going back to this business--I hope there is an Alphagraphics somewhere around so I can use them--at least their employees act like they are happy to have jobs and to be serving their customers, unlike little Theresa who didn't smile the entire time I was there! read more

While I was preparing to move, I decided to downsize. I used their eBay valet service. One word - don't! Not only do they not know the service, they listed things with wrong prices. Wow, I can't believe the negative reviews. My experience was quite the opposite!! I went a total of 5 times between July 17-19 with various large print orders, laminating and booklet binding projects when I was in town a few days for work. I went in the mornings on Tuesday and Wednesday and was helped by Sheila who was awesome. She was very patient and helpful. She was by herself until 9 am but acknowledged and handled a rush of customers very well and professionally. I went in to pick up an order on Wednesday night right before closing and Sean was very helpful and patient when I had a few more printing/laminating items to do. He also let me use a coupon off my $240 something order which took $36 off total. Another customer came in after me asking for help with an art project and he stayed late to help them as well. It's the smallest store in ABQ and can get busy at times, but it was the best service I've had at a Kinkos, and I do a lot of color printing and manual coil binding. read more

The worst customer service I have received. I took an order and never received a call back. I checked back and they stated they had nothing. The flash drive that I left had content for $500 and now they are saying that it was probably destroyed. How can you destroy something without calling the customer? Also the printing that I had requested was never printed either. The guy I spoke with was looking at his nails and looked annoyed. He said he would let his manager know so she can check and I never received a call back. I called the manager and she knew who I was but had not checked on the information. read more

Self-service printers would not connect or even log in to my online Google Drive . When I asked for assistance I was basically told that there's nothing that can be done do other than pay to use their computers to log on and print. I had to stand there and wait until the printer decided to timeout since my payment information was already authorized. I will not be returning to this location read more

You know what you're going to get when walking in; mailing, printing and packaging service and supplies. The line however on a Tuesday at 11am was loooong. Finally a second associate came out from the back to help at the counter but after no time she was the only one left with a line 5 customers deep and the original associate was no where to be found. The woman called for help with the looong line but no help arrived. Just as I left another associate whose shift must have just started ( she was just pinning her name tag on) immediately began kindly greeting and helping take care of customers. Bravo she arrived but this FedEx location needs to ensure customers aren't being abandoned with 1 lone soul helping at the counter. The associate I worked with was helpful and efficient. Horrible customer service. There were only 2 employees there, which is fine. There was a single line and as more customers walked the customers started a second line. One of the employees I guess finally noticed what was going on. Instead of telling everyone to form one line so that the customers could be helped in the order that they came in, he had everyone form two lines. So now even though I was the next customer to be helped there were 2 other parties in front of me (and they arrived after I did). This was such a horrible experience. I would give -2 stars if I could. Just like the other post about this location the service is terrible. I ship many packages a week and this FedEx location is the worst ever. Not only are they painfully slow. Three out of four time the employees will say my box is bad or I need to pay for a new box or packing services. They say people like me don't really know how to box correctly. Whether I use a new box or a quality used box the story is the same. My small business has shipped items for the past 6 years and our packing is just fine. I am done with FedEx, I am going to use UPS instead. My decision is based on this location alone. I would stay away and don't get ripped off by their insistence to buy a box or their packing services. They are probably the worst on customer service you can get, I would say on the same level as USPS and Comcast. read more

I have used this location for print jobs I couldn't complete from my home printer. I have used this location for at least 5 years. I used it an average of twice a year, but EVERY TIME I used this location, I walked out frustrated and upset. Every employee I ever encountered was rude, and apparently felt it was not in their job description to help customers. This was after I tracked down someone for help. Today I went to the FedEx Center at 2611 Coors NW. What a difference! Both employees greeted me and offered to help. 10032 Coors Blvd NW is larger, and maybe more widely used because of location, but the employees there need intense customer service training (they obviously never learned basic manners). This location shouldn't survive just because of where they are located. Employees should not get away with poor customer service. read more

'm sorry but this place needs a whole new upgrade in personnel and service. I have found myself there out of desperation on 3 separate occasions and have received the worst service every time. They make you feel as if you are bothering them, can't even acknowledge that you are there until 5 min. later, and they know you are there. Another time there was a huge line for packaging and mailing, one young woman was doing her best but had no clue about how to do it.....everyone else just tried to ignore it all. Finally after 30 min. a woman came up to me and asked how she could help, after finding out they don't insure anything over $1,000.00 I left....time wasted, again. It's sad that this is what their business has come to. Then on another attempt I was trying to have something printed on their blue print machine, well no way, no help, no nothing, she just told me to do it on line for printing perhaps that week.
