While I was still waiting, another customer walked in, and he chose to process that customer's return before helping me, even though I had been there first. He gave no explanation or acknowledgment that I had been waiting. This was unprofessional and disrespectful. Customers should be served on a first come, first served basis. I left with the impression that this employee was not taking customer service seriously. I hope management addresses this issue so all customers are treated fairly and with respect.
