Update: We were frustrated by the situation. Our thought was, if all the staff needed was to combine the boxes to one, they could've done it without forcing us to buy a tape on the spot. Or at least explain to us so we have options. We didn't know it'll be a problem as we were only given one label, and was told it's an easy drop off for return. I'll change the review from 1 stars to a 4, thanks for taking time to reply and explaining the situation. Original review: We ordered two boxes of diapers that arrived with the wrong size, as two boxes under a single order, so we have to return them, and we confirmed they were delivered by UPS. This UPS store refused to take two boxes for a single return of the order and required that they be combined as a single package. If UPS can deliver 2 separate containers for one order they should be able to accept two separate containers for one return label. Hope the $7 tape we had to buy to tape the boxes together was worth this review. read more

I opened a Mail Box at this UPS store on 3/22/26. As part of my contract, since I was travelling, I paid for mail forwarding. When I telephoned UPS an associate (I know the name) told me that my mailbox had been deactivated and someone else had the mailbox, regardless of the fact that I had paid for a full three months. After many calls I spoke to the Manager, Tracee, who assured me that my mailbox was still active and that she would promise to forward my mail to me. Eventually, I received my mail but I was too stressed out during that period which was completely unecessary. read more

Very lazy woman workers they expressed to me that I was bringing too much packages and that they are too heavy, I don't know if they forgot but they work at UPS and their job is required to lift over 10 pounds a package regardless if it's 50 packages or 100 , so they expressed to me to go to another store that was their reasoning so for that reason I will not be coming back or I guess I'll just bring my small packages since they can't handle their own job read more

I have had email on there for about 8 years. my recent interaction was with. customer service representative named Lorenzo who was so incredibly rude. If the owners knew how rude he is to customers, I doubt they would keep him on as an employee. I'll take my business elsewhere. The people who work at this UPS store are SO NICE. I drop packages with pre-printed labels for work regularly at this location, and I am always amazed by how patient the staff are with people who are trying to do Amazon returns and don't really know what they're doing, or who have never shipped anything before, etc. I'm the impatient millennial sometimes wondering if I should have gone to the depot on Comanche where it's quicker to drop an item that's ready to go, but in the time I wait, I marvel at the way the staff just calmly helps everyone at their own pace with whatever they need. This is the kind of place I would send my elderly parents and know they would be taken care of. Parking is easy, they have copy machines and other services, and I even found a good Father's Day card there! read more

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. We have frequented this UPS location a handful of times because of its convenience and we've been met with AWFUL customer service EACH time. Upon our initial visit, we were assisted by a young woman who didn't speak a word to us. No greeting upon entry, no answer to questions, nothing. Even when saying "have a good day", she remained silent. Our most recent visit included a long haired gentleman who appeared disheveled, dirty, and very inconvenienced by our presence. We had a couple of Amazon returns so it took a few seconds to get the QR codes for the employee to scan and the employee rolled his eyes and huffed loud enough for us to hear. We will not be visiting this UPS location anymore. Very disappointed in the employees work ethic, customer service, and basic communication skills at this location.. read more

The staff here is always amazing even when they are busy. I was in while it was very very busy and even though they were worn and tired they still tried to give me a warm hello and lots of help. They clearly value their customers with pride and anyone who says different should do business elsewhere, like home. read more

Poor Services. Made an online reservation for passport photos, and when I arrived they indicated they didn't have any photo paper, and had no idea when they would again. When I asked why they had their online reservations up when they were not able to provide the service, a clerk mumbled something about not being able to cancel a reservation. Shouldn't have taken the reservation in the first place. read more

Dropped off package on 7/14/2022. Package never left the store. visited on 7/27/2022 to get a status. Was told it is an Amazon return, they get aggregated and they have no way of tracking the package - "not sure why a tracking number is placed on the receipt." The clerk was polite, but the fact remains, I dropped the package off at the store. I got a receipt with a tracking number. The package is lost, and the store would do nothing to help locate the package. read more

I paid this store to ship a grandfather clock. They charged $350 to "bulletproof" it and told me it would ship early the next week. After several weeks of calling and emailing, I was finally told it would ship. It arrived damaged (not severely to be fair) but the estimate to repair has been in their hands for 2 weeks and after several emails I have heard nothing back. Every phone call tells me to email. They do not respond to any communication. They do not honor their guarantee which is pasted all over the web site. It makes me wonder if they did the other things I paid for at the same time. I do not recommend doing business with them. read more

First, I work here part-time so my opinion could be slightly bias. Four years ago I was hired by Jennifer (this centers operations manager) and followed her to this new location one year ago. In that time I have come to know that with her customer service isn't to be taken lightly. The amount of time and effort that she and her assistant Heather put into going over the top for shipping, packing and print customers is amazing. The stories I could tell. This UPS Store is the best!! I've had all kinds of printing done here from full sized posters to business cards. I'm very picky about quality and their staff always go out of their way to get the quality I'm looking for within an efficient time frame. Recently I had a box made there for shipping my artwork and they packed everything very carefully and thoroughly so that I felt very confident about it reaching its destination securely. My husband and I have used this store a few times as we are relocating to this area. Each time we have been served by a very friendly staff. Yesterday we went in with something that became a little more complicated than we had thought. We worked with Jen and she went above and beyond to help us. It is difficult to convey the ease and efficiency with which Jennifer A. went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my package arrived safe and sound. After having forgotten to include an important paper in a 24-hour delivery, and a note on it saying it was priority, without which I might have been left in the lurch for weeks, I called her in a flurry over an hour outside of town. Lucky for me, the package was still there, and not only did she remember my situation but also name. She immediately offered to save me the extra drive by writing priority on the package, downloading my paper, opening my package, placing it inside, taping it back up, and sending it on its way, but not without taking and sending us pictures to assure us it was all done right. All in all, it might have been the best customer service experience of my life, certainly in years. Promote this woman as high as she can go! read more
