The last U-Haul of the Westside Thule Bike Rack went 156,000 miles without incident. A solid install that carried two bikes across the country many times. We stored our trailer and 8 days later received a call that our trailer had been stolen. HOW ON EARTH!!! They claimed to have video showing the car that pull our trailer BUT THE CHIEF OF SECURITY WAS NOT WILLING TO SHARE THE VIDEO. This is ridiculous, looks more like an inside job or someone with access since you need a code to get in and out. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE
