I had my belongings in the storage unit for over three years. I paid faithfully. When I went to…read moreempty out my unit I discovered that my wood furniture had sunk into the floor. It's supposed to be an asphalt floor so I don't know how this happened. The manager on site and assured me I wouldn't be charged. What? Why would I be charged? What about my mid century modern wooden furniture that sunk an inch into fake asphalt I need to speak up because I am still going through precious belongings that were severely damaged. I had to throw away a $1500 bed because mice had nested in it. A lot of my precious paperwork is covered in urine and feces and nests. A lot of the others including my furniture is warped from the moisture and the heat. Everything was covered in a thick layer of dust as well as the foul rodent infestation. They are not airtight so the elements came in and damaged my wood and paper documents. The contract you sign says they are not responsible for anything. Anything so please don't waste your money here I might as well have kept my belongings and a broken down wooden barn. So make sure that you read your contract. I'm still throwing things away after a couple of years because they would not Take any responsibility for the extreme damage. They would not even allow me to throw the rat infested bed into their trash and made me take it with me. Also measure your space, they're not all as large as they claim to be in that they charge you for. I was told I would get a refund on my space which is actually visible from their photo. Of course it didn't happen Again, go somewhere else if you don't want your things destroyed

Raina was so helpful and patient with my questions - pre and post reserving the unit. When it came time to move the items in, my local contact who assisted with the move in said Raina provided superb customer service. Very thankful Raina made a stressful, short notice situation a breeze.
