The 24/7 security, after hours access both were taken away within 1 month of renting from them. Also a super nice surprise, we went to check on our unit and someone broke into it! Due to the gates being open and no one actually keeping an eye on what's going on, our unit along with a few others had locks broken. They stole a storage container with all of my nicest bags and makeup supplies. Some bags I've had passed down to me. When asked on how to solve the issue, they said I would need to provide receipts on when they were purchased to even be considered any sort of reimbursement. Also didn't seem very concerned that there was obvious crime going on. So don't use this place it's a waste of money.

I was told by the female employee that an additional insurance was placed on my unit. They claimed that I had no insurance. I provided valid insurance and proved there was no lapse in coverage ever. I was told nothing could be done. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me she was the manager. I am confused since I spoke to a guy weeks prior who told me he was the manager. Even though overcharging customers is illegal I wanted to pay it on the spot so they cant charge any more fees. I was told no. I asked for the contact of corporate and was told there is none. I asked for a number or email and again was told no. She said she only had a cellphone number and would not give it to me. 2 days later I was called by Edward Lacrosse who stated he was corporate but have verified this is false. He was as argumentative and rude as the "manager" and refused service. If you have a unit there check your statements for possible theft. If u dont seek storage literally anywhere else.

FACILITIES: Their facility is new, easy to enter/exit, 1 mile from 25, has two dump stations, water, 24 hour access, 24/7 onsite security, PRIVATE (no one walking by on the sidewalk watching you load or unload), bright lights, video surveillance connected to my phone, a wash bay and a service bay where you can pull your rig to do small repair jobs if needed. 5* CUSTOMER SERVICE: Ask about their move-in specials - I got almost an entire month for free and no admin fees. As I was moving across state, I communicated in advance that I couldn't be there until after their official closing time and that I was starting work the next morning. Carly went out of her way to be there when I arrived (around 9 PM), helped guide my rig in and had my access key and paperwork ready to sign so that I could unload and be on my way. I actually prefer drive up, which all of the units are-we had a complicated situation with lots of questions etc and the manager, Ginger, was so kind and helpful and patient with all of my anxious questions, and got me copies of all the paperwork etc to keep, worked with me to get a pack rat pod unloaded there, since it was a 3rd of the price and we didn't know when the final move would be.
