I had all of my personal belongings stored at this location while I went through some difficulties in my life, and when I was finally at a place where I could go and retrieve them, I discovered my entire unit was mouse infested. Mouse poop, pee, two dead mice, and ruined items galore. I have never seen so much mouse poop/pee all over things in my entire life. We were afraid to touch things in order to move them out because we did not want to contract hantavirus or some other disgusting thing that is spread through rodents. We had to throw away an Ashley Furniture Modular Reclining Sofa, an accent chair, book shelves that were soaked through with so much mouse poop and pee that the wood expanded and turned black, our 9 ft pre-lit tree etc. etc. etc. The tree box was so full of mouse poop that it was obvious a family of them had taken residence just inside that box. So many items that meant a lot to me were ruined by this mouse infestation. To make matters even worse, as we were leaving the storage facility, we were able to catch a mouse on video as it scurried back into the building through a hole in the side. I reached out to the local office and no one would even call me back. I then reached out to corporate office who referred me to some local defuse/defend/deny woman named Stephanie who was so incredibly rude and could not have cared any less about what my family experienced. I was told that if I had paid for their insurance coverage all of my items would have been covered by their buildings' mouse infestation, but since I didn't pay for that option, I was shit out of luck. DO NOT RENT FROM EXTRA SPACE STORAGE UNLESS YOU WANT ALL OF YOUR BELONGINGS TO BECOME INHABITED BY LARGE MOUSE INFESTATIONS. These people are heartless and unkind, and not only do they take all your money, they don't care if the things you worked hard for are ruined by their lack of pest control. TOO BAD THEY DON'T USE SOME OF THAT RENT MONEY TO DO PROPER MOUSE CONTROL AT THEIR FACILITIES!!!!!

If you take money from any account that will be reported to the authorities as well. I am appalled and shocked how you could remain in business with the poor business practices over a year of rental costs of $100 per month... We are obviously very interested in keeping our stuff in good condition, safe and secure, and in a controlled climate. In comes Armored. We set up a smallish indoor storage area and started moving our stuff in. The manager of Armored was really helpful, accommodating not only my wife and I moving things in, but also our movers who we hired separately. He could have said something like "yeah, your unit is over there, go to town", but he didn't. He walked me and my movers up to the unit, offered up his carts and dollies for the move. Not only that but he helped us move the truck into place right behind his personal vehicle. After a couple hours and we were not sure of the capacity of our current storage unit to hold all our shi...stuff, we asked the manager if we could get a larger unit. Unfortunately, there were no larger units available, but the manager said that he would help us get an additional unit if we needed it and make us a good deal on it to boot. Very nice! We ended up not needing additional units, but it was so cool for the manager to work with us. Great space and great service. Thanks!
