Wonderful job cleaning on their initial visit. Follow up visit is already scheduled. José reached out promptly and explained all the steps and options. The cleaners arrived right on time. They took suggestions very well. The house and windows look great! I've never had such a good experience with a cleaning group! read more

I contacted Jose in September for a deep cleaning quote, and within a few days he was able to come to my house, and then email me a very detailed estimate of services and his charge. It had been years since I had a cleaning service so I told him I wanted to continue to look around. He was not pushy and was very polite. I got quotes from other companies and individuals. I looked on yelp, thumbtack, and nextdoor app.. I went through many different avenues. All the quoted amounts I received were pretty similar, but his professionalism, detailed estimate, and punctuality made me choose his company. The day prior to the service he emailed me the invoice as well as the time the crew would be at my house. The following day 3 ladies and a supervisor arrived exactly when he said they would and they got started immediately. They cleaned my house for about 5 hours. I came to check on them at one point and they were hand washing the windows, had the oven and stove top apart and meticulously cleaning it, and on a ladder cleaning the vents. They were all friendly and came off kind as well. When they were finished we did the walk through together and all I can say is that I was incredibly impressed. Just a few things that pleasantly surprised me were, the old school hand washing of the windows, removed everything off the shelves and cleaned under the items/organized them, cleaned the washing machine, even dusted the bed frames.. Just things I didn't even think about and never do.. my husband also went around and checked every switch and baseboard.. every surface was clean. My house now feels cleaner than the day we moved in and we love it. We are scheduled for future services and looking forward to them. Thank you so much! Appreciate all the hard work; Mailenis, Mercedes, Karla and Manuel! Also, I loved the way you staged my beds and sofa with the twisted throw blankets and chopped the throw pillows. Very cute! read more

First Jose get my name wrong and argues with me about it like I don't know my own name. Then after days of radio silence, he decides 1am on Monday morning is the best time to text me that he sent my estimate -- two pages of a breakdown, which is overkill -- and wants to know if I'd like to move forward. He may have a good cleaning staff but this dude has zero customer service skills and no boundaries. No thanks. I prefer professionals. Who contact me during business hours. Not texting me at 1am. read more

E&G Quality Cleaning Services - Window Washing Near Me - Albuquerque, New Mexico

I have a lot of windows and some are very high up. They did a great job on all of them. Inside and out. They go the extra mile with their service! read more

They were hired to clean the home in preparation for showing it to buyers. The recommending realtor said he used them in the past and they did well. That's not what I experienced. Only one spoke English. They were fast, inefficient, and didn't do what was needed. For instance, they only washed the windows on the outside of the front & south end of the home. Regarding cleaning the floors, they cleaned the bathroom & kitchen as they were thoroughly wet when they left. They vacuumed over stains, paper clips, medallions, and avoided books on the floor. I had the impression they were in a hurry to leave & were sloppy with their work. They did not dust thoroughly and thick layers of dust remained on the chair rail, light shades, and bathroom light fixtures. They did a good job on cleaning the toilets. I would not recommend this service as I had to hire a second cleaning service to redo what they supposedly did. read more

We just received services and it was great! Everyone was so nice. They did such an amazing job! My house looks amazing!! I don't want no one in the house or cook anything on the stove or oven lol If you are looking for great cleaning service E&G Quality are the people to contact. You won't regret it if. :) read more

Great job of one-time cleaning for a special job. They really helped me out. I recommend them.

This company was very responsive and came with an estimate right away. They cleaned everything and did not leave a chemical smell. The owner was personable and very easy to schedule with. They worked very hard, and were right on time! I recommended them to a friend and she called them. They came right away! Amazing service for New Mexico!! read more

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I contacted Jose to get a quote on our windows at are two-story townhome. He was extremely responsive, friendly and very easy to work with! I would not hesitate to use Jose's company again. I'm very interested in also looking into the home cleaning at some point. His crew did a fabulous job on our windows & screens. Thank you, Jose & crew!! read more

We have been using E&G cleaning service since 2020. They are very reliable a d professional. They email us the day before with a time window that they will show up. They are very thorough and complete in their cleaning. We are extremely happy with them. read more

These guys are over the top. Absolute hands down the best deep cleaning we've every had. Initially I thought it was pricey but they exceeded by far on the value!! They clean things I've never touched. Highly recommend! read more

I've had professional cleaning services in Chicago, Las Vegas, and now Albuquerque. And without any doubt, this company has been the very best! I'm the kind of person who likes my home to always be clean. I regularly vacuum, mop, etc. in between professional once a month cleanings. So I don't really expect my home to feel like a new home after the professional cleaners leave--because my home is quite clean to begin with. However, in come this business, and oh my gosh! I was missing so much with other companies! My home never felt cleaner. The professionals were skilled and efficient. There rate was slightly higher than others I've went with in ABQ, but I'm not complaining. In this case, the saying "you get what you pay for"applies. Take it from this professor, A+ all around! I'm thrilled I found this company! read more

Tenant moved out and left a very dirty house - looked like he never cleaned during his 4 years there. The E&G team did an amazing job cleaning it. The tile floors were several shades lighter, the place smelled so much better, and they did such a great job cleaning the walls that I don't need to have the place painted! (Saved me so much time & money!) Now I understand why a family member recommended them so highly. read more

We took immense pride in the fact that we'd never hired a cleaning company for our home. We didn't need to pay someone for work we could do. That was the case going on a decade of homeownership, until a strange little year arrived, a year where we suddenly found ourselves spending virtually every waking moment in the house, a year where we noticed the little things we used to overlook. Sure, we were happy to buy shiny new furniture, but deep cleaning? Who had time for that? I used the Request a Quote feature and two companies immediately messaged me. One company gave me a very reasonable estimate immediately while José from E&G requested inspecting our home, first. In the end, we went with E&G even though they quoted a far higher price, because they knew what they were up against, and their online reputation was stellar. They arrived one week later and spent the better part of five hours scouring our entire home. They cleaned all of the windows, completely shined the shower, got every baseboard, dusted every frame, and cleaned the upstairs carpet. Four people, nonstop, finishing up with sweet touches, like folding flowers into the toilet paper and shaping the hand towels into sea shells. The oven, oh my goodness, the oven! Covid fried chicken grease and burnt black stacks of who knows what -- it's gone! I doubt we'll manage to wait another year to hire them again. They were that good, and let's face it, we're not going anywhere for quite some time, so why not shape up the crib? read more

We were in need of a prompt response and service. Jose called us back very fast and met the same day to evaluate the job. He gave us quick estimate and the next day they did a very thorough disinfecting cleanse of the house followed by a great job on the carpets. The technique used on the carpet was a scrub first then deep clean. I'm amazed considering the condition the carpets were in how well they came out. This was Grandma's home that squatters broke into and trashed her house while living their druggie lifestyle at her expense. We feel that her home is now safe and clean to live in again. read more

E & G Quality Cleaning Services is an awesome company. They came to our home for a walk through, then I received a thorough estimate. The owner is charming and very specific about customer needs. The crew that came on the appointed day were professional, well prepared and ready to get our home cleaned and back in beautiful shape! I appreciated all the hard work, their preparation and the lengths they went to in order to get the job done. Thank you and we are looking forward to continuing with this company. Feels great to find a company concerned with quality and their customer's needs! read more

I just requested a quote from Jose based on the info I gave him and what needed to be done. Didn't hear from him till now, hours later. I sent him a message letting him know we were still waiting for a response. He responds back by saying "good night, we need to do a home in person estimate/consultation......." I asked wouldn't it be better to just say hello?? I felt like I was bugging this guy. No customer service skills whatsoever. read more

I love this business! Jose and his wife came to do an estimate and once we accepted, his crew came the next day. I have had other less expensive cleaners but they haven't done as good of a job, or even those who did, don't call me back. Jose operates his business professionally and stays in touch before, during, and after the cleaning. My house sparkles and it doesn't have that chemical smell others leave. I will use them again! read more

E G crew did a great job. Especially on the windows and on the cleaning inside. Crew did an outstanding job on the bathrooms and kitchen. I will call them the next time I need help. read more

Jose and his crew cleaned my home before I had an appraisal. One of the bathrooms was very dirty and my attempts to clean our stove were futile. The 2 people that came worked quickly and efficiently. I was very satisfied with the outcome. I also have to acknowledge that my home is in Santa Fe. I appreciated their work and would not hesitate to contact them again in the future. read more

After a couple issues in the beginning Jose made everything right and sent a new crew to my home for a deep cleaning. The house now feels like it is mine without any evidence of the previous owner. I had an issue with how my home was cleaned to begin with and Jose took care of the issue. The crew was friendly and cleaned beyond my expectations. I highly recommended this company and will be having them come to more home more in the future. read more

I have been working with E&G Cleaners for over two years now, so I can confidently say that they are skilled, communicative, efficient, and wonderful to work with--consistently. I trust them implicitly and I respect their approach. You can always expect a prompt response to questions. I rarely write recommendations, but this team is exceptional. read more

I have a limited budget but wanted to get a deep clean done on my home. Other cleaning services that I reached out to either would not return my calls or would provide estimates that were far outside of my budget. Jose contacted me, came out to my place the next day to inspect my home, and worked with me to provide an estimate that was within my budget. I had a deep clean done yesterday, and honestly, this is the cleanest house I've ever been in. The bathrooms, which had significant hard water damage from previous owners, look brand new, and so does my kitchen! I couldn't be happier with the job they did! Jose and his team were very professional and very friendly. If I need cleaning done again, which I'm sure I will, I am definitely contacting E&G. read more

I contracted with E&G to clean our windows. We have 22 on two floors. José and his crew were conversant with and enthusiastic about the cleaning products they used. José shows a lot of attention to detail, which is one of my strengths; so we 'clicked' in terms of a mutually-desired service level. They do an estimate and absolutely back up their promise of quality. If you are dissatisfied in any way, or have a question about their services, José will come back and make it right. He is 'obsessively' conscientious. :-) We also hired them to clean the house, and the service level at the same high standard. They have commercial customers and a lot of experience --- and it shows! read more

We are so glad that we hired E & G Quality Cleaning Services to clean our windows. But even happier that I took the opportunity to have them clean our house. We appreciated that immediately José from E&G requested inspecting our home, first, for window cleaning. It was then we decided to have them do the housecleaning too. The estimated gave a detail listing of what work to expect and cost. The Team arrived on time. After they finish, we were given an room by room inspection. They were able to get rid on the lime buildup on my bathrooms sinks, showers and get rid of the blue line coloring left by the toilet bowl cleaners. We already booked them for future cleanings. Thank you, Marie I read more

I'm so glad I checked Yelp in my search for a local ABQ cleaner because my google results weren't turning up what I wanted, and I was able to find E&G here! Jose was my main point of contact, and from the get-go he was super responsive, communicative, and respectful. I needed a deep clean for a move-out of my furnished apartment, and his team made everything sparkle and smell so fresh (it smelled like bacon grease before, and that's on me ). And they did in 1.5 hours what would have taken me probably close to a whole day! The pricing was very reasonable for the service, and the communication about everything was excellent (important to me because the first few cleaners I contacted ghosted me). I am so happy with the results and would highly recommend E&G! They'll take great care of your space. read more

We hired E&G to clean for a new move in and they did a fantastic job! I called 5 companies and Jose was the only one who answered the phone! He quickly scheduled us and three cleaners arrived. They each had a zone and executed it all wonderfully. I would certainly hire them again! read more

Satisfied customer! Love their work! I recommend E & G Quality Cleaning Services to anyone.

I was lucky enough to find Jose before my parents moved into their new home in Santa Fe. This house had sat unoccupied for months and needed a lot of work. On top of this, I was returning to California before the service and couldn't be there in person to make sure everything went smoothly. Well, I had no cause to worry. When you meet Jose, you will be immediately at ease. His professionalism and ethic showed through every interaction and it was clear he was going to do a thorough job at a fair price. My parents were thrilled with the house once the team was finished with the property. There were decades-old stains that I had no hope could be removed - but his team saw to it. The attention to detail was impeccable, and I cannot recommend E&G enough. read more

His crew was polite and effective, paying attention to detail and extending beyond my expectations. I highly recommend E & G to anyone who is looking for quality and courteousness. read more

I recently bought a house that former owner did not clean when he moved out. The house was filthy and the previous owner had four inside dogs. The house needed a very deep clean. E And G Quality cleaning did an absolutely amazing job. Every cabinet, closet and shelf wiped down, windows cleaned inside and out, every appliance sparkling! This was not an easy job, but they exceeded my expectations. Jose was wonderful to work with. He did a walk through with me after the job to make sure everything met my expectations. You get what you pay for. They work tirelessly to get the job done and done exceedingly well. I will definitely use them again. read more

José's team arrived at the time they said they'd be here and did a very thorough job on my windows. They cleaned inside & out including tracks & screens & blinds. Their price was very reasonable & the team very professional. José came at the beginning of the project & again at the end to do a walk through to make sure I was satisfied. Because of Covid his team wore masks the whole time they were here, inside & outside. I would highly recommend E&G Quality Cleaning Services. read more

Jose and his crew arrived on time to totally clean our new house top to bottom, cleaned windows inside and out, cleaned tile grout in the master shower and went over and above to give us a clean house to move into! We plan to get on a schedule so it will always look great! Thanks, E & G! read more

I paid over $730 for a 'top to bottom' cleaning of a 1740sqft house I just bought & was very disappointed. I was told they had an 'industrial strength' mineral remover for the bathrooms, but it wasn't done & scum left on the soap trays & surfaces ... I really don't think the bathrooms were cleaned at all. Some windowsills left undone, windows were streaked and glass surfaces within the house were ignored. Cobwebs remained on the ceilings and corners, woodwork left dusty and drawers not wiped out. I was also told cloth blinds would be vacuumed and vertical blinds wiped down. None of this was done. I paid to have someone else do this as I injured my wrist. However, I could have done a better job myself for free. I feel like I was completely ripped off. read more
