We have our entire home cleaned monthly. The first cleaning is a deep clean. The cleaning products used as not only non-toxic, they are effective. The service has always been excellent. The employees are pleasant and a pleasure to have in our home. Green Sweep obviously trains their employees well in cleaning services. I've tried many housecleaning options, both individuals and companies. The people I hired a month ago came at 9 in the morning and didn't leave until after 9 at night! And they didn't get to my refrigerator or finish the kitchen which was the most important part. Green Sweep provided a wonderful crew, Isaiah and Robie, and of all the tools and cleaning products necessary to clean my home. I have pulminary fibrosis so it is imperative that green products are used and all the dust removed. They did a fantastic job and I look forward to seeing them again every two weeks. This company charged me $773.63 for a cancellation. I tried calling, texting and email on Saturday 11/4 and Sun 11/5 to reschedule for 11/10. They could not fit me in. I could understand $50 or $75 for a rescheduling fee but $773.63 is robbery. What kind of people run a business like that. read more

I decided to use green sweep because of the reviews. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I booked a priority cleaning for 3 hrs. The person that showed up was here for 4 hours and did a horrible job. They a second person out that mostly took pictures and confirmed the bad job. They did clean some. They sent a third person who did a great job. When I tried to make another appointment with only the person that did a great job, I was told they would try their best. When I confirmed that I wouldn't be using their services unless I got that person and was will to work around their schedule she made me an appointment. The day of the company called me an hour before saying they needed to reschedule for later that day and couldn't guarantee the person I wanted. If you are not going to let clients choose who they'd like, then they need to train ALL employees to be at the same standard. It's obvious by my experience they do NOT value the customers time or money. Very disappointing. read more

Though we thought the price was really high, the first cleaning went well except for the kitchen floor which was not cleaned.. Because of that, we were given a discount on our second cleaning but only one cleaner was sent to clean our twenty two hundred square foot home and she did an inferior job. Sweet lady, though. And the first two cleaners, we're also lovely people. I had hoped they would return. Even my husband noticed the inferior job and he doesn't usually see dirt! I looked online for cleaning services in Albuquerque that would do a great job cleaning an apartment that had gone vacant. I found many recommendations for Green Sweep, so I called them and spoke to Daniella. She asked the square footage of the unit and gave me a price to clean it sight unseen. I asked if this was a flat rate to clean the unit and she said yes. The price did seem pretty high for such a small unit but since I am an out-town landlord and needed the unit cleaned ASAP, I said yes. On the phone she did say they didn't do windows, which seemed odd for a cleaning service, but I was in a bind since my regular cleaning lady had canceled, so I said yet. I sent her the cleaning list that I send my tenant and she assured me that everything on the list would be taken care of. They showed up on time and cleaned the unit. They sent before and after pictures as well. (not many pictures and not very close up) I told her I would be in town in a few weeks and I would inspect the unit and tell her if I found anything that needed attention. She wrote this back "Of course! Just let us know! If there are any issues please let us know and we are happy to come back out and fix it! - Daniela @ green sweep" Here are the issues I found with their cleaning: Black stuff on shower base Grease on front of refrigerator Grease on left side of refrigerator that needs scrubbed off Bathroom blinds need cleaned and the blinds above the swamp cooler Bottom of oven broiler tray dirty Under burner tray very dirty (their excuse was they don't lift up the over top unless you do it for them...) around where the pilots are the baked in grease rings around where the burners are Top of stove baked on grease, same with oven. Shelves needed wiped off again Shower head needed to cleaned with vinegar and so does the fixture for the shower. off the shower enclosure for the microfiber towel Clean under oven and under the refrigerator (They refused to do this the first go around saying they were afraid to scratch the tile floor. It would have been nice to know this beforehand. This was on the list I sent them) Top of kitchen cupboards needs cleaned off. (1/4" of dirt + trash) Light fixture cover in kitchen dirty Light cover in bathroom still needs done. (Later they said they don't do light fixture covers since they might break them) Toilet bowl has a bunch of brown stuff in it that needs scrubbed out Shower inside glass need vinegar used to remove mineral stains scrubbed off without scratching glass Floor of shower needs scrubbed better. Drawers need cleaned out better. Floor in the bathroom needs cleaned better. Dirty under the window. Walls were not cleaned. I asked her to send two people for 1-2 hours to finish all these items. She sent one person who was there for 2.5 hours. They didn't complete everything on the list and in fact asked for more money. They also said they don't use any harsh chemicals or abrasives to clean things. The oven needed both of those badly. Same with the shower pan. I had to hire someone else to finish their cleaning which cost me $125 extra. They made the stove/oven look like new. I asked them to refund $100 since I had to pay someone else to finish their "flat rate job" and they refused. My recommendation is don't use Green Sweep to make ready apartments, since they will not do a complete job. I feel they were deceptive saying they would clean it completely for $400 and then I had to micromanage them to get them to clean what they did and they still refused to finish the job without more money. Green Sweep should be upfront about what they will and will not do before accepting payment. read more

Eric, Nicole and Malik came to clean the majority of our house after an intensive remodel. Talk about dust being everywhere! They came in and for 3 1/2 hours, completely demolished all bugs, dust, dirt, and all the other Noyd crap that was left over from the remodel. They were absolutely polite, friendly, and very efficient! We couldn't have asked for a better service to come in and clean up the house so we can move back in after the remodel have been complete. I hired green sweep to clean the house I was moving into. It was completely empty and I just wanted it clean so I wouldn't have to do that and could concentrate on unpacking. I was so disappointed! They charged $560 and were only there for 2 hours I couldn't see anything had been cleaned except the floor had a quick mop. I just can't believe such a substandard job was done. My sister and I called for "emergency cleaning" as we had just the one day to get our former apartment is shape for the final walk through. The crew showed up early with pleasant smiles and applied lots of elbow grease and expertise in making sure the place was up to par. I cannot believe this company. They reached out to offer me a deal for a three hour house cleaning for $165. I agreed to this deal but when the cleaner showed up, he did a bad job cleaning in my kitchen and my bathroom. He indicated he was going to leave at the 90 minute mark which I was fine with because I didn't want to pay for three hours of subpar cleaning. He was a super nice guy. Just not a great cleaner. I was confused that he indicated he was going to be leaving in 40 minutes which would have put the appointment at 90 minutes, however, I figured there was a scheduling error so I contacted the company. I haven't encountered such bad customer service since dealing with Southwest Airlines about my ruined Christmas vacation. So I contacted Green Sweep to let them know there was a miscommunication however, I was willing to pay for a 90 minute cleaning which would come to 82 dollars. They pushed back and continued to insist that I scheduled a three hour cleaning, and that they would charge me no matter what. They never took responsibility for the miscommunication about their scheduling error. They told me that they could fix it by having additional cleaners come, however, she continued to say that Carlos (the nice guy who did the bad cleaning) could do the cleaning corrections. No matter how many times I explained to her that I wasn't happy with his cleaning, (photographs attached) she told me that he had great reviews, therefore, I should just let him continue with the cleaning. I have stage four breast cancer and I don't have a lot of money to spend on this. I thought I would treat myself because I've been having a really hard time. I was supposed to go to Seattle for Christmas to get support from my family, however, Southwest screwed that up. I was really looking forward to having a nice clean kitchen. But then I have to deal with this bullshit. This company needs to take lessons in customer service. The photos below show the cleaning job that was done. They probably will reply to this post by saying, since Carlos wasn't able to complete the cleaning job it wasn't up to par. However, I took these photos after he said he was done with these areas. $75 per maid-hour for outrageously bad cleaning, not finishing the job, and really bad management. I naively trusted the good reviews. I am an out of state landlord, so days after the job, I was sent pictures by someone viewing my apartment. I was horrified by a black toilet, stained tub, dark stains on doorjambs, dead cockroaches lying around. When I called to complain, they said their "technician" didn't finish because "it was more difficult than they expected." If true, why not call me immediately to let me know and re-negotiate the deal instead of me finding out from someone else? They billed me right after my complaint and offered only a small rebate. Don't believe the five-star reviews; their business model is overpriced under performance. read more
