Not to mention they are both very polite and kind. For the details: Tommy and Linda are very punctual- arrived at our agreed meeting time with all supplies ready to go. They are very thorough with their cleaning, and their attention to detail is on point. From baseboards to window sills, faucets to every nook and cranny- including the garage- they do it all. Spotless. My wood floors are shining! When I get settled in a new home I WILL hire them again. Thank you both so much for your hard work.

I can only say, that as a mother of three, working full time, and exhausted, that this was the first time I ever had the luxury of help cleaning my house, and I can't believe I ever waited this long!! The ladies came in and did a fantastic job. It was wonderful to come home to a clean home that I didn't have to clean!!

I will not use them again, and I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to use them either. Atrocious job. Judge for yourselves. I could take another half a dozen photos like this. When I pay that kind of money, I expect to come home to a sparkling house, and this was not that. Never ever again and I expect a full refund. ** Update ** they recleaned the property free of charge. They did a better job this time, but they accidentally locked one of the bedroom doors which we have now had to have rekeyed. But the cleaning was OK the second time around so I have updated the review from one star to three.

You see...when I didn't have so much time cleaning at all....my house desperately needed a deep clean. And...unfortunately..I'm far from the godness of house hygiene and cleanliness. Home Clean Heroes of High Desert really came to my rescue. Every interaction was excellent...and even though I was not home at the time of the work, I could tell there was HUGEEEEEEEEEE amount of work and pride put into cleaning (I still don't understand how any human that enjoys cleaning exists at all...but at Home Clean Heroies of High Desert...they seemed to exist!!!). Thank you! I will definitely be perusing your service again. Thank you again for such an excellent work through our interaction. I appreciated it!

It had been years since I had a cleaning service so I told him I wanted to continue to look around. He was not pushy and was very polite. I got quotes from other companies and individuals. I looked on yelp, thumbtack, and nextdoor app.. I went through many different avenues. All the quoted amounts I received were pretty similar, but his professionalism, detailed estimate, and punctuality made me choose his company. The day prior to the service he emailed me the invoice as well as the time the crew would be at my house. The following day 3 ladies and a supervisor arrived exactly when he said they would and they got started immediately. They cleaned my house for about 5 hours. I came to check on them at one point and they were hand washing the windows, had the oven and stove top apart and meticulously cleaning it, and on a ladder cleaning the vents. They were all friendly and came off kind as well. When they were finished we did the walk through together and all I can say is that I was incredibly impressed. Just a few things that pleasantly surprised me were, the old school hand washing of the windows, removed everything off the shelves and cleaned under the items/organized them, cleaned the washing machine, even dusted the bed frames.. Just things I didn't even think about and never do.. my husband also went around and checked every switch and baseboard.. every surface was clean. My house now feels cleaner than the day we moved in and we love it. We are scheduled for future services and looking forward to them. Thank you so much! Appreciate all the hard work; Mailenis, Mercedes, Karla and Manuel! Also, I loved the way you staged my beds and sofa with the twisted throw blankets and chopped the throw pillows. Very cute!
