This is a follow-on to my review of their cleaning my Tijeras house so it could be put on the market. That house sold within weeks and I have no doubt their job helped a lot! We moved into our present house and with a few months I needed to have surgery that put me in a wheelchair for 6 months. It got to the point where I needed help keeping the house clean, so again, I called Magnifica. They come in weekly now, like a mini-tornado, washing, vacuuming, dusting and mopping. My house is shining and off they go! I'm back on my feet now using a walker, but I still can't bend over, so I'll be keeping them on for now. They are just fantastic! read more

Came in for a move out cleaning on a property of ours and did a fantastic job. The house was quite a wreck and they were able to get it back to new. Easy to book, great communication and more than fair price. Would definitely use again! Don't hesitate to give them a try! read more

Great experience when I've had other house cleaners they went around everything but not them. They move things and got the job done.

Hired for a move out clean. Started off they were 45 minutes late. I had to make contact, as they did not. I was told they were stuck in traffic. Due to them being late I feel like they rushed with my house. The cleaner had me go over the house before they left. I did a very quick walk through, seemed to be okay. Once they left and I went back to look at things. There were things not done. My laminate floors did not look like they were mopped. I did not see them bring a mop out, so I'm sure it wasn't done. I paid extra for the inside of the windows to be cleaned along with the tracks. The windows were clean but the tracks were not. read more

Magnifica was my first experience hiring cleaners, and it was great! I still can't believe how clean my parents' kitchen was when Magnifica finished. There was baked on grease in the stove top that I'd spent...hours on. Fruitlessly. They knocked it out in minutes. I'd actually already cleaned the whole house to the best of my ability, as I was getting ready to sell the property. I spent about two weeks scrubbing and suffering, and after my experience with Magnifica, I now know that I don't understand anything about cleaning. I actually hired them again to help me clean out a shed on the same property. The owner came out and personally helped me move some large boxes before taking care of some cleaning. This crew totally exceeded my expectations! From first contact, simply requesting bids through Yelp the quick response time set the tone for a great experience. I answered a few questions in our home and needs and was scheduled for a cleaning time that met our schedule. Communication with their home office was easy and low pressure. When the team actually came in for cleaning day, they knocked it out of the park! Cleaning our home better than I would do myself, they paid such close attention to detail. They showed up timely, stayed long enough to be extremely thorough and left our nest super-polished. Very friendly folks on the ground and great follow up from the home office. The cleaning was excellent! The ladies worked non-stop after they got here. I was very impressed! I will be having them come every month to clean. Our house smells so fresh and clean.
