I'm a repeat customer of Sunshine window cleaning for both gutter cleaning and washing our windows!…read more Today we had the pleasure of Jacob and Raya, cleaning our windows inside and out. The quality of the work was outstanding and extremely punctual as we have used Jacob for over seven years this particular time he had to clean windows from a remodel we had recently done upon finishing the job he inspected the front windows and was not pleased with how they came out and spent another 30 minutes cleaning off construction glue, silicone, water spots, and made them look fresh out of the factory! I highly recommend using Sunshine Window Cleaning

It's amazing to see so clearly out of my clean windows! He also did an additional task (rehung a window covering) which was going above an beyond for us! It had been years since I had a cleaning service so I told him I wanted to continue to look around. He was not pushy and was very polite. I got quotes from other companies and individuals. I looked on yelp, thumbtack, and nextdoor app.. I went through many different avenues. All the quoted amounts I received were pretty similar, but his professionalism, detailed estimate, and punctuality made me choose his company. The day prior to the service he emailed me the invoice as well as the time the crew would be at my house. The following day 3 ladies and a supervisor arrived exactly when he said they would and they got started immediately. They cleaned my house for about 5 hours. I came to check on them at one point and they were hand washing the windows, had the oven and stove top apart and meticulously cleaning it, and on a ladder cleaning the vents. They were all friendly and came off kind as well. When they were finished we did the walk through together and all I can say is that I was incredibly impressed. Just a few things that pleasantly surprised me were, the old school hand washing of the windows, removed everything off the shelves and cleaned under the items/organized them, cleaned the washing machine, even dusted the bed frames.. Just things I didn't even think about and never do.. my husband also went around and checked every switch and baseboard.. every surface was clean. My house now feels cleaner than the day we moved in and we love it. We are scheduled for future services and looking forward to them. Thank you so much! Appreciate all the hard work; Mailenis, Mercedes, Karla and Manuel! Also, I loved the way you staged my beds and sofa with the twisted throw blankets and chopped the throw pillows. Very cute!

This is because they don't really clean the entire window. They will tell you on the phone that they will clean the window sill, then when they get to the house they will hand you a piece of paper that says they only brush the screens and sills. So basically the windows will still look dirty when done. Its a bait and switch. I was told on the phone and when they gave the estimate that they would be cleaning the window sills. I should have turned them away on arrival, but I didn't have time to find another company.
