It's not every day that you come across a company that combines excellent workmanship with genuine customer care, but Sandia Seamless Gutter delivers both--and then some. Abel, the owner, came out personally to provide an estimate, which I really appreciated. Even though my project wasn't a large one, he treated it with total professionalism and took the time to walk through all the options with me, answer my questions, and make sure I understood the scope of the work. I had a fairly complex drainage situation in the front entryway of my home, and Abel was quickly able to come up with a plan that met my needs. His attitude was refreshingly honest and kind--there was zero pressure, just thoughtful recommendations and clear communication. What stood out immediately was how responsive and prompt Abel was throughout the entire process. He followed up quickly, scheduled the job without delay, and stayed in touch until the day of the install. You can tell that he values each and every customer, no matter the size of the job. That level of personal attention is rare, and it made me feel confident that I had chosen the right company. On installation day, his crew arrived exactly on time and got straight to work. They were courteous, professional, and clearly experienced. I watched them work with efficiency and precision, and they made sure everything was done to my exact specifications. You can tell they take real pride in what they do--and it shows in the final result. The gutters not only look fantastic, but they're clearly built to last and perform well in our New Mexico weather. What impressed me most was Abel's follow-through. After the installation was complete, he came back later that same day to personally inspect the work, walk the job with me, and make sure every detail met both his standards and mine. He asked if I had any concerns, took the time to explain what they had done, and didn't leave until he was certain I was completely satisfied. That kind of follow-up is so rare in today's world--it speaks volumes about how much he values his customers and his reputation. I've worked with other home improvement contractors in the past, and I can say without hesitation that Sandia Seamless Gutter stands far above their competition in Albuquerque. Their pricing is fair, their craftsmanship is excellent, and their customer service is second to none. It's clear this is a family-run business that truly cares about its clients and takes pride in doing things the right way. If you're looking for quality gutter work--whether it's a big job or a small one--I wholeheartedly recommend Sandia Seamless Gutter. Abel and his team have earned my trust and my highest recommendation. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again or refer them to family and friends. Support small businesses like this one--you'll be glad you did.

I experienced the most recent rain in April 2026 and my rainbarrels and my gutters which Richard installed all simultaneously connected my project together. Their product is excellent and installation was very professional. Steve, the foreman, was knowledgeable, polite, and a pleasure to work with. My only constructive feedback would be for the workers to limit their smoking around the actual work site. I am sensitive to cigarette smoke and I found it a bit disconcerting to see some of the workers smoking while they worked, even if it was outside and on my roof. Also, I would suggest in these cautious times, that masks be worn when workers are in contact with the customer. Duane met us and looked around and took some measurements and talked mostly to the real estate agent rather than to me. As we were leaving I asked how I would receive his estimate. He told me that he would text me and ask me for my email and then send the estimate via email. I thought that was strange. Why didn't he just get my email right then? A day passed and I had not heard from him. I tried calling and texting but he ignores me and he never sent the estimate. Duane, why did you waste your own time as well as the time of 3 other people if you did not intend to give me an estimate? You do not conduct business in a professional manner.
