To date, October 31, 2023, 3 WEEKS after coming to my home and many calls and texts from me, I still do not have an estimate. My last message on 10/30 was to please send me a quick text or give a quick call to let me know if they've decided they don't want the job. (Some repairs and also painting my entire home.) I mean, come one, it's just a little common courtesy and professionalism to let someone who's counting on an estimate that you've changed your mind about doing the job. Their silence speaks volumes. Jed came and fixed a door that I've needed to close with my butt for a few years. The first time I…read morecame home after it was fixed, it opened so easily that I practically flew into the house. After a day or so, the door wouldn't stay shut, so Jed came back and replaced the screws with longer ones and also put a strip on the bottom. The door is working perfectly now, and I'm reprogramming myself to open and close it gently (by hand) instead of my whole body. Good job, good work, good guy.
