(owner and retired firefighter/paramedic) contacted me immediately and scheduled to come out for a quote on Monday and we scheduled the job for the next day. I had contacted two other window companies for estimates, but I was so impressed by their professionalism, promptness and their very affordable quote, that I didn't go any further with the other companies. For example, I talked with the owner of one of the other companies and he sounded like he'd just woken up. He said he'd call back, but never did. Within minutes of setting up the job, I got an email stating the quote and scheduled date and time of our job. J.P.'s crew called about 30 min before their arrival (just as I requested). They arrived on time, were friendly, professional and seemed happy to be working on our windows. No grumpy, I hate my job types. They were all fast and efficient and were still smiling after my husband pointed out two spots in the large windows. After they were done, they asked if they missed anything so they could take care of it. All of this with a smile! Payment was easy as well. You can use cash, check or charge. I chose to pay by card and was told I'd get an email with a link. I was thinking I'd get the email in an hour or so, but it was literally within minutes of them finishing.
