(owner and retired firefighter/paramedic) contacted me immediately and scheduled to come out for a quote on Monday and we scheduled the job for the next day. I had contacted two other window companies for estimates, but I was so impressed by their professionalism, promptness and their very affordable quote, that I didn't go any further with the other companies. For example, I talked with the owner of one of the other companies and he sounded like he'd just woken up. He said he'd call back, but never did. Within minutes of setting up the job, I got an email stating the quote and scheduled date and time of our job. J.P.'s crew called about 30 min before their arrival (just as I requested). They arrived on time, were friendly, professional and seemed happy to be working on our windows. No grumpy, I hate my job types. They were all fast and efficient and were still smiling after my husband pointed out two spots in the large windows. After they were done, they asked if they missed anything so they could take care of it. All of this with a smile! Payment was easy as well. You can use cash, check or charge. I chose to pay by card and was told I'd get an email with a link. I was thinking I'd get the email in an hour or so, but it was literally within minutes of them finishing. I paid and got a receipt almost instantly. The next day, I got a thank you email from J.P. I highly recommend this company. I don't think I've ever had a more professional and efficient window cleaning company that did such excellent work with a smile. All the quoted amounts I received were pretty similar, but his professionalism, detailed estimate, and punctuality made me choose his company. The day prior to the service he emailed me the invoice as well as the time the crew would be at my house. The following day 3 ladies and a supervisor arrived exactly when he said they would and they got started immediately. They cleaned my house for about 5 hours. I came to check on them at one point and they were hand washing the windows, had the oven and stove top apart and meticulously cleaning it, and on a ladder cleaning the vents. They were all friendly and came off kind as well. When they were finished we did the walk through together and all I can say is that I was incredibly impressed. Just a few things that pleasantly surprised me were, the old school hand washing of the windows, removed everything off the shelves and cleaned under the items/organized them, cleaned the washing machine, even dusted the bed frames.. Just things I didn't even think about and never do.. my husband also went around and checked every switch and baseboard.. every surface was clean. The quality of the work was outstanding and extremely punctual as we have used Jacob for over seven years this particular time he had to clean windows from a remodel we had recently done upon finishing the job he inspected the front windows and was not pleased with how they came out and spent another 30 minutes cleaning off construction glue, silicone, water spots, and made them look fresh out of the factory!
