This is because they don't really clean the entire window. They will tell you on the phone that they will clean the window sill, then when they get to the house they will hand you a piece of paper that says they only brush the screens and sills. So basically the windows will still look dirty when done. Its a bait and switch. I was told on the phone and when they gave the estimate that they would be cleaning the window sills. I should have turned them away on arrival, but I didn't have time to find another company.

We have pets so we rotate the pets in and out of the house as needed around the guys. We usually get the windows tracks and screens done in the spring. In the fall we get the basic windows cleaned. The quality of the work was outstanding and extremely punctual as we have used Jacob for over seven years this particular time he had to clean windows from a remodel we had recently done upon finishing the job he inspected the front windows and was not pleased with how they came out and spent another 30 minutes cleaning off construction glue, silicone, water spots, and made them look fresh out of the factory!
