(owner and retired firefighter/paramedic) contacted me immediately and scheduled to come out for a quote on Monday and we scheduled the job for the next day. I had contacted two other window companies for estimates, but I was so impressed by their professionalism, promptness and their very affordable quote, that I didn't go any further with the other companies. For example, I talked with the owner of one of the other companies and he sounded like he'd just woken up. He said he'd call back, but never did. Within minutes of setting up the job, I got an email stating the quote and scheduled date and time of our job. J.P.'s crew called about 30 min before their arrival (just as I requested).
