    It's NOT open on Sunday. I drove 20 minutes with gifts to send home before our flight only to find this not f-ing open.

    Horrible. They never shipped a package. No way to call the location. Use another business.

    We recently used Art Delivery Services to transport a valuable piece of art to a new client, and…read morethe experience was deeply disappointing. While we understand the logistics of transit liability, the lack of professional care and abysmal customer service we experienced is unacceptable for a specialized art courier. The Packaging & Damage: Upon pickup, the piece was only wrapped in plastic. When we asked if it would be reinforced with cardboard in the truck, the team assured us it would be. Trusting their expertise as professional handlers, we agreed. The painting arrived at our client's location with a large hole torn in the plastic, a visible gash in the canvas, debris trapped inside the frame, and a dented frame. The Handling & Communication: The couriers delivered the severely damaged piece to our brand-new clients without saying a word about the mishap. They did not alert the clients upon drop-off, nor did management call us to report the incident. We had to find out directly from our shocked clients. When we contacted the company, their only response was to deflect all responsibility because we had opted to use our own art insurance policy rather than purchasing their additional transit insurance. They also stated that we had "approved" the plastic wrap, entirely ignoring the fact that their team promised additional cardboard reinforcement. The Resolution (or Lack Thereof): After weeks of ghosting our follow-up emails, they only responded after we stated we would be leaving a public review. Their final stance was that the owner refused to speak with us, and they only offered a credit toward future services--which we will naturally never use. We had to personally absorb the stress and high costs of hiring a conservator, repairing the piece, and paying a reputable courier to redeliver it. While we accept the financial reality of utilizing our own insurance, we expected a baseline of care, honesty, and communication from a specialized art handler. If you use this company, be aware that they will offer zero professional accountability if they damage your property. Always pay for the extra insurance, or better yet, find a company that respects the art they carry.
