The foreman was polite, professional, and did his best, but the rest of the crew did not seem adequately trained or attentive. They took furniture apart and put screws and hardware in their pockets instead of giving them to me so I could bag and label everything. They completely disconnected the power cords from our reclining couches and failed to keep the components together. Several boxes were dropped during the move, and one of our bookcases was damaged because it was dragged across landscaping rocks instead of being wheeled across the asphalt. Truck space was used inefficiently, so not all of our belongings fit. We ended up having to rent a U-Haul and move the remaining items ourselves, which completely defeated the purpose of hiring movers. At the new house, things became even more frustrating. The crew didn't listen to instructions, ignored clearly labeled boxes, and paid no attention to the labels posted on the doors identifying each room. Instead of placing items where they belonged, they piled everything wherever there was space, creating unnecessary work for us afterward. Overall, the move felt chaotic from beginning to end. I repeatedly gave instructions that were ignored, and I never felt heard or respected as the customer. While the foreman was courteous, the overall experience was careless, disorganized, and disappointing.

Miguel and Zeke went above and beyond by finding me an available unit in the area, getting me into contact with the storage facility manager and we were up and running again. The three men that moved our stuff were hard working, conscientious, and did an excellent job in less than three hours. Used these movers this past Monday. One bedroom apt to another. Took them 12 hrs. One worker…read morecarried a stool, one stool down the hall all the way to elevator; stairs next to apartment. Then he came back and took one vacuum. 12 hrs. It was 104. I am 73 with lupus, 6 back surgeries. I thought I was gonna die. The last 4 hours the second worker was mostly missing his partner kept asking if I had seen him. I watched him slide my 3k mattresses across the floor alone because I couldn't help. Bill was 1500. It was 2.3 miles distance too. But here's the best part am Missing; a Karastan rug, three sets of nice curtain rods (new), a suitcase full of coats (including a Karl Largerfeld which was $350), 18 rolls of tp, two bar stools. AND A RING CAMERA which was in a small box marked RING so they knew what it was. Called the office, got the run around. They want me to file a claim for 60 cents a pound. Dunno how they weighed it, that's their policy. Because I was so dead, I didn't check everything before they left but my friend who left 30 Mins before them did and luckily took photos. You can still see these items in their truck, These people will steal, they don't care. Furniture was damaged too and they will crawl to jack up the bill. This is the beginning forget their claim system, I will be contacting Rio Rancho police because this is theft and the dollar amount is pretty high and a lawyer. RUN THIS IS A PREDATORY BUSINESS USED BY A LOT OF SENIORS AND THEY INTEND TO TAKE THEIR TIME TO JACK UP THE BILL AND STEAL YOUR STUFF.
