Their quote for a cross country move was very high because they are locally based, but he offered to look at any other quotes I received and offered some STELLAR advice about questions to ask other movers. I ended up choosing a POD as I needed to store things for several months. David's quote to pack and load my POD was very reasonable, and Nick came out TWICE to be sure my stuff would fit in a POD! The two guys who showed up were great. They packed and handled my things with care, were respectful of my home - including protective coverings for the floor and doorways, and polite but efficient. I waited to post this review until after I unpacked on the east coast. Watching the way the POD was swinging when they unloaded it in my new driveway, I was terrified things were rattling around in there. But when I opened it, everything was snug and secure. Furthermore, I have unpacked everything - including China and very fragile glassware - and not a SINGLE item was damaged. Knowing how that POD got thrown around, I am extra impressed. Once moving my parents from their house to a retirement community and then again to move their stuff into storage when they finally had to move into an assisted living facility. He would act very sympathetic and every time and offer some type of compensation only to ghost me. He would also never remember me each time we talked, but would still show very obviously fake sympathy toward my situation. Last time he offered $400 in compensation, this was over a month ago. I've been dealing with this for four months, though. I feel like I've been scammed by this company. I will remove my review if I get my money back.
