Because of their inability to do what your company promises (24 hours between scan/pick up), I have got a package sent to me in May that was give n to me in October. Today, the fourth time this bulk late delivery has happened, there was a notice from my car insurance from Feb. Another from Income support in November. A notice from my health care that a mammogram had found a lump - on Feb 5th. There is no excuse.
