There was one man who went to great lengths to research the issues, find out what all had been submitted, what the Postal Service had in hand. It was extremely helpful and put my mind at ease. Every encounter I have had with an employee at this location has been frustrating and unpleasant and I have witnessed these same employees become downright hostile with customers. For some reason this is the only USPS location in Albuquerque that does not have to answer phone calls. I've had to call other USPS locations in Albuquerque to help me reach someone at this main location. Nothing gets resolved here. If there is an issue with you mail, good luck! "It's your problem, not mine" is the attitude you'll get from any employee you ask for help. This location has been an issue for a long time and nothing has been done to improve anything. There is no standard of service and no accountability. I typically support funding the USPS but this location is a great argument for privatization. It makes me angry that tax dollars are being wasted on such a poorly run joke of a facility.     For many many years it was a pleasure visiting this USPS location. Those days are over! They are…read morenever there during hours posted on door, you always have to ring a bell then wait a WHILE. The scowl on the female employee is ridiculous. Today there is a tape dispenser right next to credit card machine but it was empty. I needed about an inch and half piece and the agent told me it was $8.00 I laughed and she proceeded to scan a small roll of tape, I told her I thought she was joking and she said and I quote "tape has never been free, there are cameras and I don't own the place". I said wow over the last 10 years if I needed a tiny piece of tape it was provided. She then said that's why the ever always so kind gentleman wasn't there and she was and told me sarcasm was uncalled for because I said he was always kind and helpful, SHAME ON HIM. Seriously can't believe the cost of shipping to be treated like they are providing free services to the public. Do yourself a favor and drive to the Broadway location. More than one miserable agent working and they are actually open the hours that are posted. I always give people the benefit of doubt, maybe she's having a bad day... this is the 3rd time I've been here in the last 30 days and I think she's gotten more hateful. Find another job if this one causes you so much misery. Maybe dealing with customers just isn't your thing.

Or at least explain to us so we have options. We didn't know it'll be a problem as we were only given one label, and was told it's an easy drop off for return. I'll change the review from 1 stars to a 4, thanks for taking time to reply and explaining the situation. Original review: We ordered two boxes of diapers that arrived with the wrong size, as two boxes under a single order, so we have to return them, and we confirmed they were delivered by UPS. This UPS store refused to take two boxes for a single return of the order and required that they be combined as a single package. If UPS can deliver 2 separate containers for one order they should be able to accept two separate containers for one return label. Hope the $7 tape we had to buy to tape the boxes together was worth this review.

When I telephoned UPS an associate (I know the name) told me that my mailbox had been deactivated and someone else had the mailbox, regardless of the fact that I had paid for a full three months. After many calls I spoke to the Manager, Tracee, who assured me that my mailbox was still active and that she would promise to forward my mail to me. Eventually, I received my mail but I was too stressed out during that period which was completely unecessary.
