I love Urth Caffe but I came here second time and was not impressed with service. They couldn't get my latte right-"green rose tea latte". We ordered early on before the crowd came. Our food came right away but the drinks never showed up. We had to ask staff for them and when they brought it out, they brought me a hot green tea latte instead of iced. We just said throw it with ice and to go cup. Instead, they made us wait another 10min and all the crowds started rushing in. I had to ask for my drink in which instead of giving it to me, the lady ignored me and walked it to my table. I honestly am very picky with service especially when it's a new place. I have high expectations here in the Mecca of the service industry but this was kind of ridiculous. We should have gotten our drinks when we had received our food. The food was great- I liked the huevos rancheros and egg white spinach panini but the prices are ridiculous. Just for our average meals (2) and drinks (2) end up to be a total of $50 bucks without tip yet. That's just 2 people. Can you imagine a family of 4 with desserts included. I get this is Henderson but you're paying to eat for a premium. I mean the green tea rose latte they couldn't even get right is $8 bucks. Can't believe it has shot up that high! The latte was okay but you can't even taste the rose. The only way to get the best experience is ORDER TO GO or get there early on to avoid the crowds and chaos. Ambiance is casual like. Stopped in for a late lunch and was able to walk in with a short line ahead (only waited a few minutes to order). Grab a paper menu (for sandwiches, salads and smoothie options) at the counter because there is plenty to select from beyond the signage above you which covers mainly coffee and tea drinks. The desserts are STARING AT YOU practically begging to be eaten! So "yolo" and grab whichever is calling you. I opted for the generously portioned Urth Tiramisu- and may try the Pistachio Tiramisu next visit. The CA cafe is generating a lot of hype with this being its third location in Las Vegas (now Henderson). The popular Divine Date smoothie was hearty, THICK, and delicious (Dates, PB, sliced almonds, cacao nibs, and oat milk) - a healthy drinkable dessert perhaps. The El Diablo panini sandwich was served with a nice side of glazed spinach and topped with jalapeños - would recommend and order again! If you're interested in cafe style foods and enjoy being healthier then this is a solid choice for breakfast and lunch. read more

Was happy this opened as OC had them and loved it. Came in today around 12:30pm on a Monday, no one in line, I started browsing the menu - no greeting. Got in the line that said "to go and pick up " stood there for 3 minutes before someone noticed me and said " are you picking up?" I replied "no, I'm trying to order but it's okay" and left. Went here yesterday for my wife's birthday lunch. I had the 'new yorker' sandwich, which tasted pretty good but immediately gave me severe gastro-intestinal distress. My wife had some kind of chicken pesto sandwich, and said the chicken was obviously frozen and NOT good. Our daughter had the $12 (!) PB&J, which was served on bread about 4" thick. HTF could any kid eat this? We tried cutting the bread in half, which made a huge mess, and she ate 1/2 of one piece and said "I don't like it." $12 PBJ. Total waste of time and money and made me sick the whole afternoon. Urth Café in Henderson is truly a delight. This restaurant is an excellent addition to Green Valley Ranch. I visited for lunch, and from the moment I entered, I had a great experience. It was quite busy, and I worried I might not find a table. However, the lovely lady taking orders quickly went around to find a spot for me and successfully located a couple of seats. She took my order enthusiastically and provided specific details about the items I was interested in. After I settled at my table, my coffee was promptly delivered by the barista, who had beautifully swirled a design of a swan on top. A few minutes later, my food arrived--I ordered a tuna sandwich and a salad. I requested a condiment from the staff at the front, and she hastily brought it to me with a smile. The food here is amazing. By far, this was the best poached egg I have ever had. The blend of cheese with the prosciutto and mushroom on the ciabatta bread with garlic oil was awesome. Just enough of the garlic oil to give it a perfect flavor add on without being overbearing. The only reason I gave this visit 4 stars is because the noise level is really high with everyone speaking loudly to be heard and the fact I was charged $2.00 for a little bit of oat milk in my coffee. I felt that charge was a bit outrageous. I could accept fifty cents, but $2.00?? I didn't use a half gallon of oat milk in my coffee. The food was very good, though pricey. I had avocado toast with a poached egg--the egg yolk was deep yellow in color and delicious. In fact everything was delicious, including the Spanish latte, which I just HAD to try, based on reviews here. All the menu items looked amazing! I want to try all of them!! Customers order at the cashier and someone else brings the food to the table. Service was pretty fast, though the server brought different items for my friend and me at different times, so one person got one item, then another, etc. One of the young cashiers coughed into his hand--I guess COVID memories are long gone! Two things (mentioned in other reviews) are definite drawbacks: the noise inside, when crowded, is deafening. And there's no restroom inside for customers: you have to use the District's public restroom next door. It's actually a very nice restroom, kept clean, but still, an inconvenience. All in all, it appears advantageous to sit in the large patio outside if the weather is agreeable. Parking is pretty good--same parking lot as Whole Foods--so you might have to walk a few extra yards at crowded times, but not bad at all. I would give them 5 stars for the food but the indoor noise level really detracted from the experience. read more

Here's the issue with this specific location: we cannot order espresso drinks from the app. Results: walk in and stand in a long line or go to the pick up/to go area and pray that you will be seen and helped by one of the workers. The menu is pretty extensive, and a lot of people's food looked good, maybe I just chose wrong. The corn pancakes were just okay. The buttermilk pancakes my friend got had a good flavor, but were a little thick. The bacon was not good, tasted like old bacon grease. Also got the banana cream pie and it was meh, might've been better not quite so cold and thick. A lot of the pastries in the case looked really good though. Great place for a quick but delicious brunch or lunch! Super convenient location just walking distance away from Whole foods! The line goes by quick and the service is also quick but it does get pretty packed in here but good news is, they are building an outdoor patio area with more seating! My favorite items on the menu are their omelets and the stuffed french toast. The drinks are awesome too! My personal favorites are the rose tea latte and the matcha latte. I love the creative designs they do on their lattes too .. definitely social media worthy! I docked a couple stars because you do have to exit the place to find a bathroom and like I said it gets pretty crowded in here plus the food is pretty overpriced but overall its a good place to eat at if you are in the area. read more

The Bear Claws at Sprouts have twice the flavor and size as the tasteless almond croissants at urth. Was really looking forward to Urth opening so close to home, we frequent the Wynn location. Ordered soup, a pizza, a kale salad and an ice tea for a late 2pm (not a busy hour) lunch for the 2 of us. Soup came out first, it was tasty. Then pizza came out, it's already baked and they just melt your cheese and toppings on top, meh. Followed by kale salad, which was too much kale, barely any sweet potato or cucumber toppings and poorly dressed. Ice tea came last, without any lemon offered or in sight. Service was slow and disjointed. The table behind us had issues with their order being incorrect and the table adjacent had order issues as well. Being newly opened I can understand some hiccups, however, with as many locations Urth has opened they should have a solid training program. Ordered coconut cake and granola to go, was given incorrect item, package clearly labeled "Gluten Free Cereal" which is $9.50 of crap I'll never eat. The girl showed me the back of the bag which looks like the bag their granola comes in also. Never trust them again! Final thought: over priced for the quality of food they are serving (I happily pay $20 for a GOOD kale salad, here's looking at you Flower Child ). Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by staff and grabbed menus. Their menu is super intense for a coffee shop location. Staff was super friendly and knowledgable. They even bring you out your food and drinks. For the food, I got the kids grilled cheese panini, which had wonderfully toasted bread and cheese goodness but no cheese pull sadly. As it was the kid version, it came with fresh strawberries and bananas, which gave it upgraded value and healthy qualities. As for the drink, I got the green rose boba, which the tea was great but the boba wasn't quite the correct texture and got stuck in my straw consistently while I was drinking. I also got a triple chocolate cookie with hopes of a gooey cookie. What was received was a dry, crumbly and cold cookie that tasted of chocolate but didn't hit the spot.
