Not often you see business with tons of long time clientele. That speaks volume. I have been coming to this location for about 15 years. I live about 30 miles away but I come to Urgent Auto Care because they are honest, trustworthy, friendly, and most of all, they will give you the run down on the issue and offer options for you to decide on what you want to do with great pricing. I often come here for things the dealer wants me to change and repair and Sean will let me know what is more of a priority than other items, or the dealer reported items, that is not as bad as the dealer made it sound like and that I have some times before I really need to think about changing or repair. Sean had consistently proved to me that he will be honest on what you need and not on what he can earn from you. I got my front brakes done there as an emergency last year, they were very fast and fair prices. This year I needed more work done (rear brakes, wheel bearing replacement, suspension issues, leaking oil gaskets) and they were very reasonable (lowest prices I found after calling around a bit), super fast, knowledgeable, and recommended a better fix that would save me money and more issues down the road. I already plan to return for more maintenance that I've been putting off, and I'll be coming back for anything I need in future. :) read more

I feel betrayed. We've been coming here for near 15 years as I always thought they were honest and fair and did good work. However things have changed for the worst. I brought my minivan in to have the shocks replaced on both axles. They told me it would cost $2300 (including alignment) because these were "special toyota parts". I didn't think much of it because I trusted them. But coworkers thought it was very high so I called around. Quotes came back ranging from $1100 - $1600, using original genuine toyota parts. I ended up going to another place and paid $1370 total. I'm glad I wised up in time to save $1,000. Please note the name has changed from Econolube to Urgent Auto Care but it's the same owner. I'm not sure why they've degraded to price gouging, but if you are in need of major work, do yourself a favor and get other quotes. read more

Took my car in for a suspension. And when I went to pick it up my windows was damaged wores than when I dropped it off. And my radio was messed up also. When I talked the Manager of the shop he lied to me and said no one touched the windows or raido. Then his employee said that he did touched the raido. Not good business. I would stay away from this place. I thought he was honest until he lied about those two things. read more

So we came here for our 8 am appt, service advisor Andy received us and told us the car will be looked at and will let us know in 1 1/2-2hrs.. 10 am came and went, still no call so at 11:15 we called to check in and was told it was about to be checked and that they will call us in 1-2 hrs again. What's the point of making an appt if you cannot commit? Obviously, we would have understood a slight delay but for the entire morning wasted without proper communication? Definitely not acceptable. I went to Urgent Auto Care to have a new visor installed on the driver's side in my 2012 Honda Accord since the original one would not stay up. I purchased a new visor on Amazon for $31. (Hardin Honda quoted me $544 if I purchased one from them.) I went to Urgent Auto Care at 8:50am without an appointment, and by 9:15am Andy and Sean told me my new visor was all installed. When I asked how much I owed them, they said it was on the house! (Hardin Honda had quoted me $80 to install it.) It is so nice to do business at a place where such kindness and generosity exist! I was worried since the mechanic my family has been using for decades finally retired. And, I was nervous about finding a new auto shop to take my car to. But, I've found my new place. Brought my car in to be checked when it was having a hard time starting. The problem was quickly identified and was quoted a reasonable price. They didn't want to charge me for more work than necessary and were very honest about what other work may need to be done in the future with no pressure to do any of the work now, since it's not critical. From someone who doesn't know a lot about cars, Sean explains everything very well and will tell you what's wrong with the car and gives you all your options for fixing (or not fixing, if you choose not to). After describing my issues to Ron, he immediately knew what the problem was and even showed me where and how the issue was occurring. For those who want to know, my car shook every time I hit the brakes, and it ended up being due to the control arms being loose. The previous place told me that I needed new tires (rolls eyes). They were able to take me in the same day AND more importantly, fixed the issue! No more shaking while braking. These guys are great. I used to always go to the dealership and they made my wife's car super loud after a valve adjustment. They tried to fix it but just basically said that's the way it was, and then later claimed we needed an expensive engine mount repair to fix. We took it over to Econo Lube and Sean immediately know that the engine mount was not likely the cause of the noise. He diagnosed the actual issue (the valve adjustment needed to compensate for engine wear) and the car sounds brand new now. Amazing. We'll be taking our cars here for everything now. :) read more

The best around! Took my Jeep here for what I thought was a much needed brake job. Turns out my brakes were fine and the clicking issue I heard was from some bad suspension/drive shaft. I love this place! While yes, I hate getting any work done on my car (because work = money) this is the place to do it. It was all done with care and kindness and no upselling or anything. It's just a place where you can get a diagnosis for your car, an honest opinion of what should be done, and a fair price. My lil Hyundai lemon needed new spark plugs. Ron went through and checked everything out and made some examinations, and presented me with the total. I ended up getting a full tune up (that I desperately needed) which included new spark plugs, transmission fluid, oil change, and a new engine coil. While yes, expensive due to the amount of work, it was nothing compared to those other guys out there. He also gave me tidbits on how to keep my car in tiptop shape seeing as I had rats living in my car, YIKES! I did as he said, peppermint oil on cotton balls in my engine area (avoiding the hot spots) and they all cleared out! This is my place to get my car tune ups and I'd tell anyone to do the same. read more
