the stone cold chicken and basalmic vinegar ruined my urbane salad. The only thing good is my bread. I expected it to be grilled if i wanted chicken in the box i would have gone to wendy's at least it tastes better. nasty bad and the pears tasted day old. I do not usually write reviews and I know I should good or bad. But this place warrants a really bad review. First I called in the order to pick up. Once we got there and payed for the order they said it would be about 4 minutes and would bring it out to use. We waited 25 mins before we went up to the counter and asked about our order , the lady laughed and said sorry in a non meaningful way. Then I arrived to the hospital where I was delivering food to my family whom has been waiting in the ICU for 3 hours and we discover nats flying out of our containers. I will never go to this location again. And I would go back to get a refund but like I said I am at the hospital waiting for my grandma to get out of a risky surgery. read more

Overall I love this place! The food is amazing. You have to try the southwest chicken sandwich and a must have is the chipotle ranch on the side. It's so tasty and it's not too spicy, but has just the right amount of spice. I would of given it 5 stars, but the last time I went, I placed an order over the phone and the lady taking the order was so slow! I mean it took me about 10 mins to get an order for 3 in. We were half way through the order and she said she erased it on accident so we had to start all over. Then I asked for a specific thing and she was so confused. All I asked for was a different type of cheese! Then when I got there, they didn't understand what I ordered just because of the cheese lol. So I was sitting waiting for my order and they were calling a name, but nobody was going to get the order and then I looked at the girl and she was looking at me like hello come get your order. So I went up and said um is that mine? My name is Victoria. And she had an attitude and said well they said your name was Victor. So I laughed and just ignored it because like anyone I was already annoyed and just wanted to leave. Then I get home and the salad dressing was missing on all three orders! I was so upset because I love their salad dressing and we ended up eating dry salads. That was disappointing. So make sure you check your order for accuracy when you place it to go before you leave! read more

Sandwiches are sooo good! Side salads are great as well and I am not even a feta fan. Cajun chicken sandwich is my fav! The bread is thin but delish!! I don't know how you could be disappointed here. I always ask for something to be omitted...yes, I am a PITA but my orders have always been right. If you don't like a lot of sauce, aioli, etc., let them know. The food was okay, nothing really special. My sandwich (the grilled portobello mushroom) had only a couple slices of mushroom and maybe half a tomato. Basically just bread. The salad was pretty good. But the service was horrible. The girl, Stephani was extremely rude. We asked her about a nutrition information sheet and she snapped that they didn't have one and we had to go online. While we were ordering she was rushing us and didn't ask about salad dressing or anything. She snatched the card out of our hands and when I asked her a question she talked to me like I was an idiot. She was unbelievably rude. I will never go back. Please. Don't spend your money here. Go somewhere else where they actually care. read more

I used to be a regular customer @ this urbane cafe, i loved coming for lunch despite the long lines. I stopped coming because of the bad service. The managers always seemed too caught up in the madness to actually notice the customers right in front of them. Today i decided too give the Cafe one last try. Right when i walked in i was greeted by a young lady who was cleaning some tables which was very nice. The cashier was polite. Then the same young lady who was cleaning the dinning room gave me my food @ the counter. I was very happy with my lunch. I had the SoCal, its my favorite sandwich. When i finished my food the same young lady asked me if she could pick up my plate and asked if i had enjoyed my lunch. Before i left i asked the young lady for her name. She said Jessica. Let me just say i was very impressed with Miss Jessica's customer service. Urbane cafe should get more Jessicas. Thank you for winning me over again. read more
