really good food and choices! Ive never been here but i was brought in after my dad gave me a gift card and i am so grateful for it. My bowl was super full and yummy. The chicken is seasoned perfectly and as well as the hummus! The guy who served me was very helpful as well

Wow! The best place for some fresh healthy food!! It's like CAVA but BETTER! I got a bowl with a whole bunch of yummy things. I also ordered that starburst and pomegranate lemonade. The bowl was big enough for left overs:)

I'm so glad I checked this place out. My daughter and I walked into a completely empty restaurant. The restaurant inside was clean and well lit. All of the ingredients that they offer for your wraps and sandwiches were very fresh. The service was quick, and the servers even offered suggestions. The real star of the night was the Tahini Milkshake! I was very skeptical on trying it, but after one sip I WAS SOLD! I will definitely be back to order another one of these.

Continue to love the food here at Hummus Republic. It is consistently good and I love getting the half lemon chicken and half chicken shawarma bowl. So many fresh ingredients and generous on the portion. It's around $15 but I generally get twoish meals out of it. The staff are always friendly and everything always appears and tastes fresh. Really love having them so close to me as a relatively healthy lunch/dinner option!

My husband and I were looking for a vegan food place near us and we found hummus Republic. I was depressed by how good the food was. I really like the Earth burger, which is basically falafel sandwich. We also got the bowls, both with falafel and some add-ons. I wasn't too impressed with that. I felt that it was plain. I was return here.

I've been wanting to try this since a friend (Thank you Berta!) recommend. What a refreshing lunch! I really waked to try the rice but they didn't have any tasty to I got the couscous, spring lettuce, 3 different hummus, lemon chicken and there dressing. I told the lady that it was my first time and she was really nice explaining how to order and explaining the options I had.

Hummus Republic is a Mediterranean restaurant that sells healthy, refreshing deliciousness in a form of a bowl, wrap, or pita. Since there is no CAVA in Ventura county, it's nice to know that hummus republic offers a similar take on food and it's also a cheaper option! I specifically got the chicken spinach wrap. I was able to mix and match two different proteins which were the lemon chicken and chicken shawarma. The chicken shawarma was a little dry, but the lemon chicken made up for it. You can choose up to 3 hummus. I decided to just stick with the harissa hummus and that had a good heat and flavor. You can also choose however much toppings you want. I really like how they pack the wrap! They are super generous. I had a good time eating here. I would come back again to try their bowl and try out their other options!

Thank you Miguel for helping me with my order today! Miguel was so helpful since it was my first time there I was trying to decide on what toppings I wanted on my bowl and he helped me out! Plus he gave me an extra side of dressing to try! I decided to go with a bowl. I added couscous for the base, kale, lemon chicken, beets, cucumbers, olives and dolmas ( those are extra 2 for $1). For the dressing I went with roasted red pepper! I like spicy food, but boy this one was spicy! I think I'll try a different kind next time. Everything was so fresh and exactly what I was craving! Everything was clean and even though I didn't eat there, it looks like it's a nice place to enjoy your meal.

This place is great! Every time I've gone everything is delicious and fresh, This time I got the pita to go but I've had the bowl in the past, it's a small spot and service is great

This spot is so FIRE and exactly the kind of healthier option that we needed on this side of Ventura. My friends and I had been eyeing this spot since it opened and finally a girlfriend and I were able to sneak in for a quick lunch on a cold rainy day. Because of the weather it was perfect and not too busy inside but still clearly popular seeing as they are a new businesses. There were a few people ahead of us in line and half of the tables were taken inside. Glad this place has already developed a following. The menu was self explanatory and really helpful to review before ordering. Also I appreciate that all of the ingredients are laid out and labeled as you navigate from start to finish at the counter so that made it easier too when putting together your food. I liked the ordering system and that everything is custom made and fresh. You can opt for a bow, sandwich, wrap, or salad. A lot of variety. For protein I went with the gyro meat which is a $3 up charge but it was delicious and I've just always loved that lamb/beef mix. My friend got a half and half of the chicken, one was plain and the other was a lemon chicken. She said that protein was delicious but next time she'd go with full lemon chicken as it was much more flavorful than the regular chicken. For my order I got a spinach wrap and the primary greens added were spinach. Then went with gyro meat and some tasty topping like onions, cucumber, beets, and sauces. They added two different hummus at the beginning and then I got their cucumber white sauce and tahini. A super flavorful and delicious healthy meal. This place will definitely become a new staple for me when looking for filling healthier options. The primary meal was a 5/5. For sides I'd personally skip the sweet potato fries. They aren't made fresh to order and were sitting up on the heater tray, so they were only lukewarm. Also I'm not a fan of the big cris cross fries so another reason I'd pass. The main meal is filling enough we realized we really didn't need a side. They have some tasty drinks and I went with one of their lemonades and that hit the spot. The staff here are extremely nice and friendly. I'd honestly come back again as the staff were super stellar here and clearly excited about the new business and guiding you through crafting your perfect plate. They never made me feel rushed as I navigated the new menu and they were super helpful with suggestions. They gave good portions and were accommodating when I asked if they could cut my wrap in half. They also went the extra mile to check on us throughout our meal to see if we were enjoying everything and would throw away our trash or get us items we needed. For a fast to go type of a restaurant I am impressed that the service was as good, if not better, than some restaurants are. Definitely A+ in the service department for sure. This location is easily accessible and has plenty of parking but I would recommend not coming during rush hours because I can see this spot is already growing in popularity. The inside was super clean and comfortable for dining in. All in all hummus republic is a solid yelp 5-stars from me all day long and I hope you'll check them out.

Outside of this I looked up places to eat and the pictures of the food service etc. I found this place nearby. From the outside, parking was tough to find, difficult to find the place since it is small in a clustered area with homes and a few other shops. The place itself is quite nice inside and right to the side of it. They had outside decorative seats which were nice to look at. Service was great! The woman told us the bold truth about what is good in a pleasant way. She told us the ingredients and how each was a highlight. One of the dishes I wanted to order was the gyro sandwich but it didn't have a key ingredient available at the time. It was the tzatziki sauce. It was a vegan kind that really increases the flavor of the gyro sandwich. Outside of this, she didn't recommend it without that sauce. I ordered the shoreline burrito which the person at front claimed was popular and it looked good from the pictures. The only flaw was the price to value. The ingredients were good quality but did not have that large amount I expected. It was $21 for the burrito with some tortilla chips on the side. I was still hungry after and although it tasted fine, so so or slightly above average, it wasn't really a great value. But everything else was decent. Just that one flaw was disappointing. I found it to be okay to try it out if you want to eat healthy at least, the ingredients are decent quality.

White walls, music, and the smell of genuinely great pizza in the air. Sadly, ordering that pizza feels like you're interrupting a very important staff meeting about not wanting to sell pizza. The vibe leans heavily toward uninviting. No fountain drinks, no water cups, just bottled beverages like you're at an airport kiosk. After you finally place your order, settle in. You're looking at a solid 45 minutes to an hour before your pizza makes its grand entrance. While we waited, a staff member walked up and slapped a "sold out" sign on the door. It was 5:45. They close at 9. We then watched the live theater of confused customers being turned away mid-evening. Bold strategy. Now, the pizza. Credit where it's due. The dough is legit. Sourdough crust that actually tastes like something, nicely baked, good sauce, and a thin, almost cracker-like profile. This is not your thick, floppy slice situation. It's crisp, light, and honestly pretty enjoyable. Is it perfect? No. Is it better than your average chain pizza? Absolutely. Just be prepared to feel slightly unwanted while acquiring it.

It happened to be their 3-year anniversary weekend, so in addition to their regular menu, they were offering some special dishes. I ordered the special chanterelle bagel. It was topped with buttered chanterelles, bachelor buttons, wood sorrel, chives, and cream cheese. The bagel was beautiful and absolutely delicious. The cream cheese was made from cashews and had a smooth, buttery, creamy flavor. The mushrooms were perfectly cooked and not overly buttery, adding great texture to the dish. We also ordered the chips and guacamole, which came with a trio of salsas: chipotle, habanero, and tomatillo. Each salsa had its own distinct flavor and spice level. The guacamole was topped with pepitas, and the homemade chips were perfectly crisp. My husband ordered the Homerun, which included two large pancakes, bacon, and a "fried egg." The pancakes were dense yet fluffy with great flavor. The bacon tasted very similar to turkey bacon, but the real showstopper was the fried egg. The yolk was incredibly convincing and delicious. He was genuinely surprised by how closely it mimicked the taste of a real egg yolk. The restaurant had a nice Mexican home feel. After our meal, I briefly spoke with the owner, who was friendly and appreciative of our visit. Since it was his 3-year anniversary, we wished him continued success.
