I have dined here a couple of times now, and I have to say, the service is really lovely. The manager is amazing. I also met a manager in training today named Lisa and she was just over-the-top kind. She gave me some sweet potatoes for my baby to eat. We talked throughout the meal about different things too! The food here is always delicious. My go to is a café salad which is amazing. My husband often gets a pesto chicken sandwich, which is also amazing. I've never really had a bad meal from any café but it's so fun having one in our town. This location is new, clean, and bright. Considering I've been to the Temecula, Menifee, and Encinitas locations, I'd say their customer service is above average. We are down in Oceanside due to the Altadena Fire evacuation. We stopped here for lunch. The food was very tasty and at a great price. I had the ahi tuna salad. It had tuna, avocado, radishes, tomatoes, cheese. It comes with a slice of bread which was warm. My wife had the salmon salad with a soup. Hers was good as well. The soup was very tasty. It was the Baja enchilada. There are several in different cities. One in Pasadena. We will be going there when we get back and definitely have a place to dine out when we are back in Oceanside. read more

A great fresh and healthy option for this area and shopping plaza. Brand new so of course it looks nice and clean! The seating inside is very cramped but they have a good amount of seating outside/weather permitting. I ordered the Salmon Salad which was a great size and very fresh. The fresh drinks are refreshing. When you sign up for their Loyalty Program and I think you can get a free cookie which is nice. Honestly, semi disappointed in our experience today. Overall, the food tasted fine, the portion of fruit felt very small for the upcharge but not a huge deal. My biggest issue was that when I arrived after placing my order online ahead of time, the employee making food on the line was wearing gloves preparing the food but also talking to someone on speaker on her cell phone which she passed back and forth between both hands while simultaneously touching the food as well. As someone who works in food service, I feel like this is the most basic violation of food safety. I did not really want to complain in the moment because it took a while for us to be greeted at the front and after we were and informed them we had an online order, the service we received was pretty cold. I ordered lunch via pick up for my husband and myself: a Chimichurri Steak Sandwich with a cup of tomato bisque, a salmon bowl, a cup of Baja Enchilada, and fire-baked focaccia bread. The food was nicely presented and flavorful, while also being healthy! The only thing we would change is not getting the tomato bisque again--it was good, but we preferred and loved the Baja Enchilada soup better, as it had a nice spicy kick to it. I got a free meal here from their promo for healthcare workers. I ordered the keto Cobb with chicken. I'll explain why this wasn't a 5 star first: I do not like how they place the online orders on a shelf outside. It was a very cold and windy day. I got a sale but what if you ordered something warm? There's quite a few beggars in the area, what if they come grab a few bags? It's just not a smart or appetizing method. I mean I get maybe they wanna help you get in and out, especially delivery drivers but it's a big no from me. Also they call it keto Cobb so why was it still served with bread? Makes no sense. Most salads are keto anyways except those with lots of fruit. I'm not mad at them for me eating the bread but I mean you serve me bread as my meal I'm gonna eat it. I also asked if they have non pickled onions in the request section and apparently they took that as don't give me any onions at all. Not cool. Not what I asked for. However I will still give 4 stars because the salad was good and fresh. The ranch was good except a little weird because when I poured it on my salad it had separated some how at the bottom of the cup? Would I come back? Maybe with a promo. This place reminds me of a Panera or something and my family never eats there. So it unlikely that I would return unless I'm feeding myself only which is pretty rare. read more
