None of my bushes that were in front of the house were damaged. They were careful and respectful every step of the way. They also did my attic and my crawl space. The quote took about 5 minute of writing up on their truck on the spot. With an additional 25% more area than the first quote they still came in $$ under the first quote. Knowing that our house is half insulated at the time (old insulation had to be removed for another project) and that it's gonna be cold they scheduled the install for the NEXT DAY. They came as scheduled, executed exactly what they said they would, cleaned up everything, stayed on budget, and even offered to move some old furniture out the the curb. They attempted to sell me open-cell spray foam and explicitly stated that the metal siding on the barn serves as the vapor barrier. Open-cell foam is vapor-permeable; spraying it directly against cold metal siding creates a massive condensation trap that can rust the metal and rot the wood framing. The profit margin on open-cell foam is much better than closed-cell foam, which is almost certainly why he pushed it so aggressively despite the clear structural risks. It is incredibly alarming that a professional insulation contractor is spreading misinformation just to pad their margins. Look elsewhere if you want an installer who understands basic building science.

Having an established appointment scheduled at least a week and a half in advance and on the day of the appointment there was no call and no show by the technicians. I was told two technicians were needed to complete the work on my AC unit when my appointment was scheduled (which they installed) and the day of the appointment they were scheduled to arrive between 12-3. I called the company around 1:30 because the technicians were not present and they did not call. The company confirmed I was still on the schedule and the technicians were backed up from the morning. No technicians showed up and no one from the company, not the technicians or the office staff called to offer an explanation. When I called the office at 3:45 ( which was after the 12-3 time frame) to tell them I had to reschedule as I had other appointments I was told I would receive a phone call back by the end of the day to reschedule. No phone call from the company to reschedule. As a customer I should not have had to call the company at 3:45pm to request to be rescheduled as they should have shown up or called me as a courtesy to reschedule. The company's blatant disregard for their customers should cause pause for someone to purchase any products from them as they are not reliable. Customers who are spending their money regardless of the amount should be treated with respect and should at least have a phone call if the company was unable to make the scheduled appointment but to ignore a customer as if they do not matter is where the concern is. No customer should be subjected to mistreatment from a company especially a company who prides themselves on being in the area for 50 years and have to worry about the reliability of their customer service/repairs on their products.
