She quickly identified what needed to be corrected and explained the plan in a way that made sense. She did a root melt, added lowlights, adjusted the tone, and cut my hair so everything blended naturally again. The difference was significant, and the final result looked intentional, full of dimension, and much healthier. Very happy with Charlotte who by the way added me to her Monday schedule when it's super difficult to find someone! Also very happy with Jenn who was very prompt in returning my email. She also worked with my schedule because I work nights and I need the latest appointment available so I'm sure she had to coordinate with Charlotte. I had to change one of my choices because I went out on a date with my husband and she was sweet telling me to have a great night with him. She could have just ignored that but she chose to add a little bit of personality to what could have been a very impersonal email. That says a lot to me.
