I used to go into Austin because I had a hair stylist that I loved. When his business took a turn during COVID I decided I needed to find something closer to home. I have very fine hair that can be hard to style. I've always left the salon completely satisfied. Highly recommend. read more

I needed a stylist in the Round Rock area, and I decided to give this salon a try. And I'm so happy that I did. They were able to schedule me rather quickly, and my entire experience was positive. My appointment was with Haily, and she did such a great job on my hair! My hair health is critical to me, and Haily listened and was extra cautious with touching up my balayage. I'm so excited that I found this hidden gem, and I recommend it to all my friends and family. read more

Had my first appointment today with Ashley Renee at Simply Irresistible and to say I had great experience and that Ashley Renee is amazing would be an understatement!!! My whole experience was absolutely incredible! I was in desperate need of a color correction and Ashley Renee understood exactly what I wanted and she delivered! I absolutely LOVE my hair and the way it turned out, it's perfect! The whole salon is adorable and everyone is so nice and welcoming, it's a very comfortable environment. I have found my salon and stylist and I highly recommend Ashley Renee and Simply Irresistible. Make an appointment, you'll be so glad you did!!! read more

Hands down, best salon experience I have ever had. The manager is so incredibly kind, easily one of the sweetest people I have met. Worked me into the schedule the very next day, early before they actually opened. And she made me the BEST chai latte to drink while I was getting my hair done. And my stylist, Carmen, does such amazing work!!! I have never had a better cut, color, and tone in my life. Such a kind person, too. She took so much time and put in so much work to make my hair perfect, I highly recommend her for a balayage. I'm already looking forward to going back to her! If I could give the salon a million stars, I would. The whole salon goes above and beyond in every way. Thank you, Simply Irresistible! read more

Ashley is great. I've only been here twice, but this is probably my new place. I have very fine hair which can be difficult to cut. She does an amazing job. read more

Before coming here I was so fed up with bad haircuts!!! Consecutive bad haircuts since Covid had broken my spirit. But Haley gave me the best haircut I've had in years! I will be coming to her from now on! Thank you Haley and Simply Irresistible Salon! You've earned a loyal customer!! read more

I saw Angela Renna for the first time on Wednesday. She did a wonderful job cutting my hair and really took her time. She had some good recommendations as well to take care of my color. I already booked with her to touch up my balayage in November. read more

Unfortunately it was a very bad experience for me .... it was my first time doing ombré there and for sure my last ..... The stylist was very nice and took the time to listen to me but the result was nothing like I wanted . I explained to her and showed her many pictures of the result I would like to get but got nothing close to it , she even admitted that it is not similar to what I showed her . I had to leave after 3 hours of working on my hair .... she said the lights in the salon might not show the real color ..... I went home and could not accept the color for 5 days so I called back to book another appointment and was willing to pay again ; all I need is to get the result I want. They did not charge me for the second time but I wished they charged me and gave me something nice .... basically my hair was burnt from the constant colouring , the color was not blonde but orange - exactly what I said I do not want and the funny thing is that the stylist admitted that I have orange and she is not sure how or why .... anyway I will not go back there read more

This was my fist time getting a haircut from here and I am so happy with the whole experience from start to finish!! Carmen did my hair and was very thorough with the consultation and far exceeded the look I was going for!! read more

Had my hair cut and colored today by Laurie at this salon. Laurie was recommended to me and she did not disappoint!! My hair is very thick, very curly and difficult to cut. I have had many horrible hair cuts in the past. I have just moved to Austin so I was anxious about finding someone as my new hair stylist. Laurie listened to me and definitely knew what she was doing with my hair. I was thrilled with the result! Have already booked my next appointment! read more

I called last minute needing a haircut. Janae worked me in and came in early to accommodate my schedule. I've always had trouble finding someone that is kind and creative and genuine... but she's a talented, sweet doll! Plus she uses products without harsh chemicals and I've not found a place that's I can afford regularly that offers that for color processing. I already booked my color appt. I look forward to my next visit! read more

This is the one salon I can always trust. I've been through horror stories when it comes to my hair and I know I can come here and they will transform my hair to make it better than I could've imagined. I usually go to Ashley R and Ashley W but all the ladies here are really amazing. They are really good at getting you exactly what you want (they never cut off more than you wanted, they always give you a really healthy looking color) I Highly recommend this place for whatever you're looking for! Super cute place for wedding styles too! read more

I booked online for an appointment the next day. However, there was an issue with the system and the time I booked actually wasn't available. They were very sweet and accommodating to make sure that I could be seen that day, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the haircut wasn't what I was hoping for. Since they had to squeeze me in, I wonder if the stylist was rushed. I showed her some pictures, but my hair turned out nothing like them. I had random long chunks of hair that I had to fix myself when I got home. Even my husband mentioned that it didn't look even in the back. When the stylist took off length, she used clippers instead of scissors... maybe that contributed to the unevenness? Also when I booked online, I requested the $35 cut. When I was in the salon, she offered to dry my hair and that it would help her look for spots that might need fixing. I accepted. I sat in a hooded chair for a while while she checked on something, then she spent maybe 5-10 minutes drying the rest of my hair. When I went to check out, I found out that it was an extra $25.... if that's what it costs, so be it, but I wish the stylist was more up front about it. I'm also pretty blown away that it cost that much for something that didn't take much effort on her part. All in all, the haircut isn't the worst I've ever had, but I'm pretty disappointed in the experience. I wouldn't go back. read more

Laurie-Ann is my go-to girl. Love this salon and the people that work here. Great service.

Never again, I had my hair done and it looked like I did it at home, I pay $179 . Never again!

I called on a Monday at 3:45 to see if they had any space, and by 4:05, I was sitting in a chair answering all of the questions that Ashley had about what I wanted to do with my hair. My hair is really thick, and I can honestly say that I've never had a haircut here in the Austin area that I *really* liked. In my experiences at other salons, either the stylist doesn't thin it out enough, or she leaves the ends too blunt, or they don't listen and cut off way too much hair - but not this time! Ashley did a great job of listening to what I wanted from my hair, and what problems I had with my hair, and she knew exactly what to do. As soon as I got home, I straightened it to see if I was REALLY going to love it - and I do! Also, I paid just $35 for a haircut, which isn't SuperCuts cheap, but also isn't expensive at all. I'm so glad that I called them, and I plan on returning the next time that my hair gets out of control. read more

I came here to get a formal hairdo for a military ball and was able to get an appointment on short notice. They scheduled me with Angela who was very nice and personable. I'm currently in the process of also growing out an a-line cut I've had for 3 years so I was a bit unsure of how to go about it. We were having a convo about the possibilities I could go while she was curling my hair. The decor was mixed with antiques and chic accessories so it was interesting. Their prices are also very reasonable so I'll probably come back to schedule an appt for a cut since I am due for a trim. read more

Ashley has been my hairdresser since 2008. She is so very good with short hair and is excellent with long hair too. Wonderful warm personality. Maria has done done pedis since she arrived at Simply Irresistible. She is a sweet lady who is very thorough and gives the best leg and feet massages. I highly recommend setting an appointment soon. All the hairdressers are lovely ladies. read more

Simply Irresistible is simply fantastic! From the moment you arrive, to the moment you check-out and schedule your next appointment you feel cared for. When I first reached out for an appointment I asked to speak to the owner so I could be matched with the best stylist for me/my hair. Kim has been taking care of me now for 6 years and I can't imagine trusting my hair to anyone else! read more

Two of my out of town children gave me a gift certificate for Simply Irresistible for Mother's Day. Yelp helped them make an excellent choice! The day of the appointment due to unforeseen incidents I arrived for my appointment 30 minutes late! I was very embarrassed, but Brenda put my concerns to rest, provided a much needed beverage and told me to relax, etc. Ashley Renae was recommended by Brenda previously as I had requested someone who was good with thin, fine hair. My haircut and style are great! Ashley Renae is a lovely woman with excellent skills. I will definitely be back to see them! read more

It had been almost a whole year and a move across the country since I touched my eyebrows last, so I was very skeptical about letting someone new anywhere near them- but I am so glad I came to this salon! I called in about an hour beforehand and they happily brought me in. Ashley Renée did an awesome job on my eyebrows and gave me just what I asked for. Plus, the salon has such a comfy, warm atmosphere with plenty of sitting area and a very friendly staff. I definitely recommend trying out this business- I'll be back for sure! read more

I had my first appointment here today! Ashley Renee was awesome! I booked online which was very easy and convenient. I chose the wrong service when I booked but Ashley Renee didn't say a word. Highly recommend booking your next eyebrow waxing, eyebrow tinting, and eyelash tinting with Lori. Never have my brows been so on point. I recently moved back to Round Rock and was delighted to find out that my hairdresser since 2003, Michelle Wilbur had started working at Simply. There is no one I would trust more with my naturally curly hair than Michelle. Not only does she give me the best haircuts and color but she actually cares about the health of my hair. I also love the fact that I can access her expertise about latest trends and new products. I recommend her to my friends and family and to anyone else who cares about looking great and having healthy hair for years to come. I've also had really good experiences at the salon. Everyone is so friendly and helpful; especially the receptionist Brenda. They go above and beyond to keep their clients happy. I look forward to every appointment! read more

Been going for years. The stylists who work here are fantastic! Carly is the gal to see for a perfect cut and style!

I have been going to Jennifer Trevizo for over 4 years now so thought I should finally write a review. I get my haircuts by Jenn and always get compliments afterwards by people on the layers and cut. I have to admit (don't worry I have told her) that I have gone to someone else because I saw an online deal for a different salon. Man that was a big mistake. I hated every minute of it. Not only is she good at her job, but has become a friend as well. Her personality rocks as well as her haircuts! The salon has a great feel as well. It just feel comfortable when you walk in and they always offer me something to drink. I love how they have moved to online booking as this is very convenient for me because I am bad about scheduling my haircuts far in advance. Try this salon and Jennifer out! read more

This place is horrible. All I have to say. Left my mother alone with color on her hair for about an hour because she got too busy with something outside of the salon, and they ruined my friends hair, and let her go home with it wet, so she didn't even know what it looked like and had to pay for it! Horrible service here don't even waste your time read more

I have been coming to this salon since I was in middle school, and I have never had a bad experience! Very friendly and good front staff, and great haircuts! I am now in college at Texas A&M, and I still drive back here to get haircuts!! Love this place!! read more

Carly is the BEST! It took me over a year to find someone who I trusted with my hair. She really listened to me when I was blonde this summer. I have had blonde come out copper/orange so I am always cautious. It looked amazing! Then recently I wanted a darker fall color. I put my trust in Carly and told her to do whatever color she thought. The end product... Amazing! I get compliments all the time. Not overpriced and she is the best! read more

LOVE this place. I called the morning of the day I needed 2 appointments for my 2 daughters for their photo with Santa. Carol (receptionist) was AMAZING. She took my name & number and said she'd call me back - she was trying to work the girls in before a certain time. Within 10 minutes she called me back and said 2 of the stylists agreed to work the girls in in between processing other clients' hair. The girls looked beautiful and the price was perfect! read more

I had EXTREMLY LONG hair, that I was ready to chop off and style up! So after reading great reviews on Yelp about Simply Irresistible Salon, I thought I'd give them a try and I was glad I did. From the start it was bliss! Ashley Renee (there are two Ashley's) took my call and was SUPER sweet! She made me an appointment for just an hour later, it fit my schedule, it's what I needed. The office is in an older building, undergoing renovations. But the overall style of it is nice!!!!! Love their design and style. Ashley (not Ashley Renee, but Ashley) was my stylist and she was AMAZING! Very personal and I felt that she really listened to what I wanted and asked about my everyday style I was going for and just overall well rounded and HONEST! I will be seeing her for my trims and future staying needs! THANK YOU ASHLEY! read more

My wife goes to Carly to get her hair done and this is her review: my friend recommended Carly about a year ago. I've gone to get my hair cut with Carly 3 or 4 times since then and I love her! She's such a talented hairstylist. I trust her and I know that she'll listen to me and then work her magic. She's so professional and competent and I always leave her chair feeling amazing. I get compliments from women, men and children on my hair cuts because Carly always does a fabulous job! I have curly hair and she works wonders with it. No matter the length I get, she always takes my curls into consideration so that my hair looks gorgeous whether it's styled straight or curly. She never tries to sell you on anything, she'll answer any hair related questions you have and make recommendations but never pressures you into buying any products. Very nice, sweet and easy to talk to. Thanks to her - I love my hair!!!!!! Also, the salon itself is super cute and posh. The girls at the front desk are very hospitable and accommodating. I brought my sister and daughter to get their hair cut here and they loved it. read more
