Hands down, best salon experience I have ever had. The manager is so incredibly kind, easily one of the sweetest people I have met. Worked me into the schedule the very next day, early before they actually opened. And she made me the BEST chai latte to drink while I was getting my hair done. And my stylist, Carmen, does such amazing work!!! I have never had a better cut, color, and tone in my life. Such a kind person, too. Unfortunately it was a very bad experience for me .... it was my first time doing ombré there and for sure my last ..... The stylist was very nice and took the time to listen to me but the result was nothing like I wanted . I explained to her and showed her many pictures of the result I would like to get but got nothing close to it , she even admitted that it is not similar to what I showed her . I had to leave after 3 hours of working on my hair .... she said the lights in the salon might not show the real color ..... I went home and could not accept the color for 5 days so I called back to book another appointment and was willing to pay again ; all I need is to get the result I want. They did not charge me for the second time but I wished they charged me and gave me something nice .... basically my hair was burnt from the constant colouring , the color was not blonde but orange - exactly what I said I do not want and the funny thing is that the stylist admitted that I have orange and she is not sure how or why .... anyway I will not go back there read more

I booked online for an appointment the next day. However, there was an issue with the system and the time I booked actually wasn't available. They were very sweet and accommodating to make sure that I could be seen that day, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the haircut wasn't what I was hoping for. Since they had to squeeze me in, I wonder if the stylist was rushed. I showed her some pictures, but my hair turned out nothing like them. I had random long chunks of hair that I had to fix myself when I got home. Even my husband mentioned that it didn't look even in the back. When the stylist took off length, she used clippers instead of scissors... maybe that contributed to the unevenness? Also when I booked online, I requested the $35 cut. When I was in the salon, she offered to dry my hair and that it would help her look for spots that might need fixing. I accepted. I sat in a hooded chair for a while while she checked on something, then she spent maybe 5-10 minutes drying the rest of my hair. When I went to check out, I found out that it was an extra $25.... if that's what it costs, so be it, but I wish the stylist was more up front about it. I'm also pretty blown away that it cost that much for something that didn't take much effort on her part. All in all, the haircut isn't the worst I've ever had, but I'm pretty disappointed in the experience. I wouldn't go back. read more

I called on a Monday at 3:45 to see if they had any space, and by 4:05, I was sitting in a chair answering all of the questions that Ashley had about what I wanted to do with my hair. My hair is really thick, and I can honestly say that I've never had a haircut here in the Austin area that I *really* liked. In my experiences at other salons, either the stylist doesn't thin it out enough, or she leaves the ends too blunt, or they don't listen and cut off way too much hair - but not this time! Ashley did a great job of listening to what I wanted from my hair, and what problems I had with my hair, and she knew exactly what to do. As soon as I got home, I straightened it to see if I was REALLY going to love it - and I do! Also, I paid just $35 for a haircut, which isn't SuperCuts cheap, but also isn't expensive at all. I'm so glad that I called them, and I plan on returning the next time that my hair gets out of control. read more

I came here to get a formal hairdo for a military ball and was able to get an appointment on short notice. They scheduled me with Angela who was very nice and personable. I'm currently in the process of also growing out an a-line cut I've had for 3 years so I was a bit unsure of how to go about it. I have been going to Jennifer Trevizo for over 4 years now so thought I should finally write a review. I get my haircuts by Jenn and always get compliments afterwards by people on the layers and cut. I have to admit (don't worry I have told her) that I have gone to someone else because I saw an online deal for a different salon. Man that was a big mistake. I hated every minute of it. Not only is she good at her job, but has become a friend as well. Her personality rocks as well as her haircuts! The salon has a great feel as well. My wife goes to Carly to get her hair done and this is her review: my friend recommended Carly about a year ago. I've gone to get my hair cut with Carly 3 or 4 times since then and I love her! She's such a talented hairstylist. I trust her and I know that she'll listen to me and then work her magic. She's so professional and competent and I always leave her chair feeling amazing. I get compliments from women, men and children on my hair cuts because Carly always does a fabulous job! I have curly hair and she works wonders with it. No matter the length I get, she always takes my curls into consideration so that my hair looks gorgeous whether it's styled straight or curly. She never tries to sell you on anything, she'll answer any hair related questions you have and make recommendations but never pressures you into buying any products.
