This is where I go when I need ANYTHING done. This is a beautiful facility I started going to when I needed to find a new hair stylist. This building has individual suites for each associate; whether it's hair, nails, massage therapy, makeup, etc. and each person has their own prices and appointment times. For hair, I see Michelle Ramirez who ALWAYS does a wonderful color and cut. For nails I see Nu Mai when I need a mani/pedi For facials and makeup, I see Angela Hines. This was my first time going here, I went to Michelle to get my haircut, I had very very long hair and I knew I needed at least a couple inches cut off. I told her to cut off the dead ends and she shows me about 3-4 inches she would cut off and I agreed to that. She just chopped that 3-4 inches off then said she'll wash my hair and even it out/style it. I'm turned away from the mirror the whole time so I can't see what she's doing, then when she's about done I see she's cut more than double what she said she was going to. This is not what I asked for my hair was down to my hips when I came in and now it is above my breasts. I wanted a trim to get the dead ends off, this is not what I asked for or received, I never said I was okay with her cutting that much and I will not be returning. I'm very unhappy with my hair and very disappointed with what she did. read more

I have been going to see Pari Mathers for quite a few years now. She does an excellent job and always keeps me looking suave. I highly recommend her, but be aware that she does get booked up as most people who are fantastic at their jobs do. Book in advance to avoid disappointment. read more

Was pretty upset with how my hair turned out. Took 6 hours kept having to go back to put more bleach in because it was turning a red/purple color, didn't know that was a blonde according to her. Asked for it to be fixed didn't want to fix it she told me the only thing she could do was color my extensions to match my hair and also asked for a refund basically said wasn't her issue. So yeah never going back here! read more

It was my first time coming to this location and I must admit I don't regret it. I was a bit nervous (I haven't dyed my hair in a while), but I'm glad I step out of my comfort zone! I recommend ASHLYN in suite 111 for color and cut! She made the whole visit pleasant. She gave me good recommendations for my hair, she answered all my questions and guided me through the process. Jana took excellent care of me and my hair. She did the highlights perfect color and no toner as I requested. They had depth shine and great shade complimented my hair. I had little to no breakage. The cut also was spectacular with layers for my long hair. She is such a good listener and spent extra time clarifying and teaching me the right terminology. She took notes so I can go back and BOOM! Independent vendors inside. I called the main number and the manager that answered was so nice to help find me a hairstylist for a last minute walk in hair cut. I realty feel she went above and beyond. Tina Crawford cut my hair and was wonderful! I had no idea what I wanted and she did such an excellent job!! I also had my very antsy 6 year old that she helped redirect. I'm not very into hair and beauty so she also helped me become more knowledgable with what I needed to keep my hair healthy in the future. I definitely will return! read more

I bought Groupon Shear Delight by Jess and the whole job was not just bad it was HORRIBLE!!! I was the first client in the morning, so Jess showed up 30 min late without apology. After she placed 12 foils on my head she said, that's it, you paid for partial highlight, so I do only 12 foils, if you want more you have to pay extra!. I paid $69 that's how much most of the salons charge full price for excellent job. She did 6 big locks (saving foil) around the top of my head and 3 on each side, leaving most of the side hair uncolored. When I asked add highlights on the side, she asked me to pay again! I told her, that I payed for partial highlight and there was nothing written about 12 foils and if she does by number, she should write that in Groupon. We were arguing until older lady sitting next to us, stepped in to it as well and said that I was mislead and she should take care of her clients. Then Jess said: I'LL use the only color I have left in my jar! SHE COLORED MY RIGHT SIDE AND STOPED, SAYING: THAT'S IT I USED MY WHOLE COLOR! Can you imagine! she acted absolutely insane! I think she was enjoying seeing me helpless, after 5 min of arguing again, she finally colored my left side! Until now I think she has serious mental problems. But this was not the end... She was running out of time and after she washed my hair said: "I'm not going to give you a haircut..." That I paid it for!!! It was included in Groupon! OMG!!! Please, READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO THERE, THE NAME OF SALON MEANS NOTHING, ALL EMPLOYES ARE INDEPENDENT AND THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT! Now I need to recolor again plus get hair cut. read more
