Moonrise's claim to fame is their stuffed bagel. I'll attach a picture because it's easier to show rather than explain it. It must have taken quite a long time to figure out the boil/bake time for this creation. It works. The bagel is thoroughly cooked and the contents, in my case, scrambled eggs, sausage and cheese, were heated through but not overdone. Since the items are premade, the choices for your bagel are limited to Everything or Plain. The bagel also comes with a mayo/mustard sauce on the side, which seemed a tad too aggressive for my palate. The business seemed to have a steady stream of customers while I was there.
