Decided to check this spot out over the weekend on a whim. It's kind of on a busy street but there is some residential and that street is SUPER small so good luck finding parking there too. We got lucky lol! They have some nice seating and tables on the side of their building down that same residential street and they also have umbrellas for shade which is nice. Walked in and what a beautiful cafe! You immediately notice all the musical instruments which makes me think they have live music some times. Ordered at the counter and asked what their "RAF Latte" was and the guy mentioned it was for the customers who wanted them to be more on the sweeter side and less strong so I went for their Horchata latte. Took a few minutes to get my drink but as soon as I saw it, it looked absolutely delish! And it was. Super creamy, still on the sweeter side but the creaminess is what I loved most about it. Still strong enough for my liking so I would definitely come back and get it again! IG: @ammysalamii

Cute space! There's a drum set and piano inside which was neat. The servers seemed aloof or not interested, but it didn't bother me. My husband got a cold brew which he liked a lot. I got the iced tiramisu latte. It was okay. A bit too on the sweet side for me. I still finished it because I wasn't about to let $11 go to waste. It came with a ladyfinger cookie which was a cute touch. Unsure if I'd come back; maybe if I was in the area again. But that's me. I still recommend others give this place a shot. Oh...pretty much street parking only.

We ordered two tiramisu coffees. They were flavorful, aromatic, and light. My husband and dad both enjoyed their coffees. Felt so LA to be walking around with these coffees in hand.

Cafe interior

Clean cafe with a quiet ambiance and good jazz music. Good place to relax, draw, or have a chat. Coffee has a good flavor and the baristas and staff are always nice. They have a decent selection of food and pastries as well. Definitely a favorite spot in the Glendale / Burbank area.

Really good cold brew is made here. I enjoyed the large size I got til the last drop. Very nice ambiance here with indoor and outdoor seating. Customer service was friendly They also sales freshly baked goods and food items such as sandwiches etc.

This place delivered delicious, well-balanced coffee with intense flavor-seems like a contradiction, I know, but trust me, it's not. I ordered the cinnamon latte. It wasn't too sweet, and was prepared perfectly - a first! I was impressed because cinnamon in coffee is often a hit or miss for me. The barista was very nice and I wouldn't be surprised if customers visited just to experience her pleasant demeanor. The cafe itself is very inviting. I can see myself sitting there for a few hours while I work. I highly recommend this place.

This is a super cute coffee shop that has plenty of seating if you want to hangout. I just stopped here as it has great reviews and wanted to try it. The staff were friendly and the drink I ordered came out quick. I ordered an iced tiramisu latte. It was good but it was very expensive ($12) so I probably wouldn't get it again. Next time I come I'll probably try a food item!

Great coffee and tea! They have a few pasties available and enough seating to catch up with friends. Friendly service and a large menu to choose from.

Such a cute coffee shop with so many options! Got an iced horchata latte with almond milk and it was noticeably good quality and very smooth. The workers are very helpful and service was quick. Lovely interior and inviting atmosphere!

First time coming here while on a weekend trip. i love how the inside of the cafe looks; very comfortable and welcoming, and it's very clean. They had customers sitting outside, and we were the only ones inside and the service was quick and efficient. Food was very good, and i love they took their time to make it. The Tiramisu Latte caught my eye and it was delicious! If i return to burbank, this coffee location is on my list!

Uptown Coffee has been in my Yelp bookmarks for months! A couple of Saturdays ago, I visited the shop for the first time. I arrived around 9am and found parking in the private lot behind the shop easily. I ordered the Rose Cold Brew Coffee, which was delicious. The rose cream foam was fragrant and didn't taste artificial, and it paired well with the cold brew. I never had Armenian coffee before visiting Uptown Coffee, so I'm glad to have tried it. Also, I had a sip of my brother's Iced Macchiato with whole milk and caramel (syrup costs a little extra), which was light and sweet. I found that the staff were friendly and service was quick. I got takeout and didn't stay long, but they do have indoor and outdoor seating. The shop was quiet at 9am on a Saturday, so it could be a good study/work spot. They have some instruments set up at the front of the shop, so I'd like to come back to enjoy more coffee with live music as well!

Needed something quick on the way to the airport and took a chance on this place. I got the rose cold brew and I love it! The cold brew is very strong and robust, and the rose cream was spot on. They even had the viral Dubai chocolate strawberries so I grabbed one of those too for the flight. The staff are so so friendly. My man got straight cold brew, and I could tell he found it a little too strong. He requested to add some syrup to it and the owner even recommended some oat milk. No extra charge! Note to the business: Your cold brew cream is great, I'd suggest thinking of more versions of the cream to offer - it would be a hit

I had a vanilla ice latte and avocado toast hit the pot this morning. Service was friendly and it was fast. Definitely worth it, I will come back to try their breakfast burrito next time.

WHEN: Sun Dec 14th @11am…read more We have just arrived to SoCal by car, and before checking into our Airbnb, we figure we swing by this spot located in a ghost kitchen to pick up some lunch. After placing an order on their website, you would park in the back lot where it's free parking, and enter a tempt room of lockers. I wish they included this in the text where you are to CALL THEM to let them know you've arrived so they can bring your order out to you. It's not like the other establishment in this shared kitchen where they just leave it in one of the order cubbies to pick up. So here I am like an idiot just standing and waiting in the empty room for my order. I didn't know until I checked my email and it said to call them in my receipt. Oh well. Anyway, here's what I ordered: BASTURMA BRISKET - $29 Hand Carved Basturma Brisket, Pickled Persian Cucumber, Chaman Spread, and Swiss Cheese. Served in freshly baked pita bread. I know, what kind of sandwich costs nearly $30!? But let me tell you, you are getting both quality and quantity in this bad boy. This reads 2 people, and those 2 will enjoy this thoroughly. Yes, it's a bit on the saltier side, but that's why you have the cucumber to balance it out a bit and the warm and soft pita bread. The brisket was tender and I loved the spread (which you can buy!). It's such a unique take on the common pastrami sandwich. So remember: 1. Order online (no phone calls) 2. Park in the back 3. CALL THEM, letting you know you have arrived. 4. Enter through the big doors (its unlocked) 5. Wait for them to come out to retrieve order. 6. Enjoy!

I ordered the Basturma Brisket Sandwich which is their most popular item. I am a big fan of both Basturma and Brisket so this sounded like a match made in heaven. And I was right!!! This sandwich was epic!! The meat was tender and smoky. The spices were perfectly balanced. It had a delicious Chaman Spread, a slice of Swiss cheese and housemade pickled Persian cucumbers. The acidity of the pickles helped to balance out the rich meat. It all came together like magic. The sandwich is quite large, which justifies the $29 price. I only ate half and saved the rest for later. It was just as good cold as it was hot. I can't wait for my friends to try it. They will love it!! Great job III Mas!

I ordered catering for my birthday brunch, and everything from the ordering process, order pick up,…read moreand the food was flawless. When I first contacted via email, David replied immediately, but what I appreciated most was that he also immediately replied to all of my follow-up questions. He went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. The food: I ordered 3 types of sandwiches (Sweet November, Clydesdale, and Wolfgang), 2 types of salads (Garlic Kale Pasta and Tomato/Cucumber), and 2 desserts (Buttercake and S'mores Bars). Everything was packaged nicely, the portion sizes were very generous (the sandwich fillings are like NY deli style, with fillings enough for 2-3 sandwiches), and they all tasted fresh and delicious. My guests complimented the spread, and I had a few leftovers, so they were happy to take some home. I also took some home, and they all kept well, so I have lunch and dinner for a few days. Highly recommend The Carving Board! Will definitely use them again for future events.

Cold stale fries, wet gross sandwiches, and bread that tasted like it was bought a week ago at a five and dime. The service was horrible too. Walked in yesterday around 5pm and got a very warm, nice greeting from Mario and his manager Roger…read more I have heard so much about this place and wanted to experience it after my doctor's appointment. I am so glad that I did! Mario went over the menu with me and gave me 3 suggestions and the ball was in my court. Great suggestions/ideas btw. After carefully reading & observing their menu options, I went with their X-large Santa Monica Sandwich packed with fresh, delicious ingredients. They are: top round Pastrami, oven roasted Turkey, bacon melted pepper Jack cheese, topped with their house slaw. Also had lettuce, red onions, pepperoncini, sweet roasted red bell pepper & sprouts. The spreads were mayo, avocado spread (on the house), crunch Melrose spread on their famous Dutch Crunch bread. They have different sizes for their bread. Large, XL. and 2X. Variety after variety. A lot of sandwiches to choose from. Hot and/or cold. My sandwich was hot. It was so crispy, well toasted, and DELICIOUS!! They also had fountain drinks, fridge full of cold beverages, different types of juices, dessert, and chips. At first I wanted to make it into a combo deal, but just got the sandwich. Place is not too big and has an indoor and outdoor seating along with a gender neutral restroom. Eatery was very clean, and it's important to keep it that way. They have few other locations. Parking is a challenge just like other places. Two spots behind the building, and lots of spaces on the street. I am glad that I finally gave this lovely place a try. Thank you all very much. Will be back to try some other sandwiches in the near future...

My food was ready when I arrived so it was a quick in and out. My kid and I loved the Howdy. We each ate one half. I didn't like the Melrose. It was just too salty. That's where I deducted 1.5 stars. Portion size was on the smaller size. Their large is not a large. Probably more like a medium. Definitely smaller than Capriotti large. Gotta try the other sandos but Melrose was a huge miss. Really disappointed as it was their most popular sando. So I'm rounding up from 3.5 stars.
