I spent almost a 1/2 an hour on the phone with Bill Ladd who answered every question I had and also gave be a host of additional info, Bill was more that patient with my, what must have been seen as endless questions. He described in detail anything and everything I needed to know to make a decision and finally purchase a new XP Deus. After a through discussion with Bill about the merits of headphones I decide on the Deus package with the wireless WS-4 headphones, that would be more comfortable in hot weather and a pair of Wireless Gray Ghost full size size headphones for other times. Bill expplained that he would try to get the detector shipped before the days end. He was sussessful and shortly aftewards I received a email conformation of the purchase with a tracking number. I completed the purchase late Friday morning and received the detector three day later on Monday. The service and attention given to me and my order by Bill and metaldetector.com was in my opinion over the top.
