Got an email and text my package was ready for pickup at the UPS Center on 63rd in Westmont. Upon arrival, they could not find it. It was scanned in at the 63rd St, Westmont Hub...and somehow got lost? Now this is a 4 foot by 2 foot box...not small. A week later and still nothing. From the packaging, it is pretty obvious what was in the box, and also seems pretty obvious what happened to it...just sayin'. Had to edit..now after 10 days UPS messages: "Check Claim Status: Package Search Complete - Package Not Found". So how does a relatively big package get "lost"? I just received a package delivered by UPS and spoke with UPS store person, explaining my package was completely open, he was RUDE and stated he does not handle how Drivers deliver package. The Westmont UPS store has terrible service and has not taught their employees how to help customers. read more

I have lived at my address for almost 7 years now and have never had a shipping issue until now. My package hasn't been delivered for 2 days and i keep getting a notification that my address is incorrect. MY ADDRESS IS CORRECT! I CHECKED. My house has a massive yard around it with ample amount of space between me and my neighbors. IT'S KIND OF HARD TO MISS. Please stop passing my house and deliver my package. read more

Ok please don't call me and tell me I have a pick up and upon my arrival tell me that you can't find it! I came in pretty much when they closed, prior to actually showing up I asked the girl on the phone if it would be too late...she stated it would be no problem. OBVIOUSLY it was a problem. As I entered the door, one of the UPS professional box-kickers told me that the were closed and "you gotta get the hell out of here". So I looked at him and stated that I just received a call to come pick up my package 5 minutes prior to arriving and was told that it would be ok...the dude rolled his eyes and let me in. 30-45 minutes later I was told that my package was lost. UPS Customer Center of Westmont is my go to shipping way of sending my clients their packages. The staff is super friendly and always guide me in the right direction when is comes to saving money on shipping. There are a variety of boxes you can purchase as well if you so happen to need. Lines move quick and the wait is always minimal. read more

I'm a little angry at this point. I ordered a gift from Amazon. They chose to ship via UPS. Most of my deliveries are shipped via Fedex or USPS. If I'm not home to receive the delivery the carriers always drop packages at the rental office. I get a "Sorry we missed you..." sticker attached to my door 9/25/15 from UPS. I go to the rental office to pick it up and I'm told that they have no delivery for me. Upon closer inspection of the sticker, I see hand writing that states "Too big for office. Call to hold". I know what I ordered. It's no bigger than a milk crate and it's made of plastic so I also know it doesn't weigh much. My rental office always accepts packages, It's part of their selling point when you move in. I call UPS and the woman on the phone repeats that the package was too big to drop at the rental office. I explain to her that I know what was shipped and that her claim is not possible. I express my belief that the driver perhaps, was behind on his route and didn't attempt to drop package at rental office. This statement was met with any icy tone, and the offer that I could catch up with the driver and pick up the package from his truck. All of this was such a generous offer, and would not have been turned down, had I not just had surgery. In tracking the package, up until this very moment 9/27/15. It has yet to be checked in anywhere. I guess questioning a driver's integrity or for that matter his company's, will not be tolerated. read more

I went to the UPS Shipping Center on 63rd St. in Westmont for the first time to ship a couple of boxes containing fragile items. This is the first time I had to do this and I was really impressed with how helpful and friendly the women who worked there were. They walked me through the entire process from how to package properly to printing labels and pricing without making me feel like an idiot! They also have all the packaging materials you may need from boxes to tape to bubblewrap ect...very nice experience! read more

My apartment complex doesn't offer package hold at the management office, so I have to arrange to pick up most of my packages or risk having them disappear when left on the shared porch for the building. I signed up for UPS My Choice, and electronically elect to pick up all of my UPS packages here. I do a LOT of online shopping, and this is perfect that I can pick them up at my convenience. They're open until 7pm on weekdays, so I can wait until after work to stop by. The girls who work there are delightful. I'm there so often that they're pulling my name and address up even before I go up to the will-call counter. I have never been disappointed with their service, paired with the mostly-accurate tracking on the UPS app or website. read more

If you are wanting a great customer experience DO NOT GO HERE. I had an issue with a Dyson product and instead of going above and beyond to rectify my issue the manager Heidi refused to call Dyson, who is supposedly their business partner; instead she told me it was my problem and I would have to contact Dyson on my own... over a return policy that UPS had with THEIR PARTNER Dyson. I am a customer of Dyson as well as UPS. Whenever you work for a company even if it is a franchise you still represent their company as a whole. And with the power of social media these days one bad experience can lead to one bad review which leads to millions who can read about it. Not one employee including the manager even cared to find the resolution in understanding how their return policy functions between their company UPS and their partner Dyson. I foresee UPS going under real soon with customer service like this! read more

Worst pickup location, no management, staff is so rude. I requested to pick up my package at this location cause i would not be home waiting for delivery all day at around 8 in the morning, when i got there same day, the lady did't want to listen to me. She could not locate my package by my name or address so she asked me for tracking number. I gave her tracking number then she told me that my package is in the delivery truck and will be available this evening at 6pm. She printed out a paper and gave it me by saying this is your tracking number even though i provided her tracking number "How Stupid". So I went back there same day at 6pm now they said the truck is not here you need to come back tomorrow. Everyone at this location is so rude. It was so frustrating. read more

I decided to include under special instructions on all my internet orders to not to ship via UPS for the Shipments simply languish at WESTMONT UPS CENTER for driver availability. This has been going on for years - sometimes delays happen - a package arrives at the DUMP from California in TWO days and it takes this DUMP to deliver it after FIVE days!! read more

This is a very convenient way to send parcels. If you do not come with packaging supplies, they are available and the staff is always willing to help! Last week I cam by to drop of a package and while I was here, I had the pleasure of talking to Lashuana and Laura. Both ladies are very friendly. I asked Lashuana if there is anyway of finding out where my package was because I knew the range of hours the driver should deliver, but I was leaving out of state and didn't want my flowers left on the porch. I asked if it was possible to leave note on door to deliver to next door or for her to put down a different address, but I wasn't sure which neighbor would be home. She was able to tell me that he would be returning to the center within 30 minutes so I knew the package would make it before I left. I came in again yesterday to drop off another package and Lashuana took care of me quickly. Great customer service with a smile!!! read more
