It was scanned in at the 63rd St, Westmont Hub...and somehow got lost? Now this is a 4 foot by 2 foot box...not small. A week later and still nothing. From the packaging, it is pretty obvious what was in the box, and also seems pretty obvious what happened to it...just sayin'. Had to edit..now after 10 days UPS messages: "Check Claim Status: Package Search Complete - Package Not Found". So how does a relatively big package get "lost"? Well, it was either lost or stolen within the UPS System. It happens more than you would think.

There was a very pleasant woman helping a gentleman box up & label something while I waited. After a bit she called to another employee. " Crystal... can you help out?" Nothing. In the meantime another customer working on the computer had 3 children running wild who had been given bubble wrap to pop. They were screaming , popping bubble wrap and climbing on everything. More customers arrived and again " Crystal... we have a line." Still nothing. Crazy to have just one available employee on a busy Saturday afternoon. Kudos to the lovely employee who was there keeping her cool despite the line and boisterous kids.

I visited this location out of complete frustration with the location near my home in the city. I work nearby and wanted desperately to finish printing my wedding invitations for my wedding in September. I dropped off my print job around 9:30 in the morning. I headed off to a meeting and when I returned an hour or two later, the job was completed flawlessly - the first time (something the location near me struggled to do after 8 visits)! Heather was so friendly and helpful. I was completely blown away! When I returned to pick up the job, Gina rang me up. I asked her if she could help me print a sheet of address labels for my invitations (something that had led to a ton of misprints when I tried at home). She not only said she could help me, but she waited so patiently as another bride shared some great invitation mailing advice. When we finished chatting, Gina had my labels printed in the blink of an eye! I am beyond grateful for Heather and Gina's help! They made somethings that had been so frustrating up to that point a piece of cake. I will definitely be returning to print both the programs and menus for my wedding (and anything else I ever need to print)!

At Pack Wrap and Send, there is rarely a line, you get top notch customer service and they can literally do anything the post office can do.
