I've been going to this UPS Store location for the better part of 8 years, and up until recently, the service was always top-notch. When Kristy was there, she epitomized exceptional customer service--friendly, professional, and consistently going above and beyond for her customers. Her warm demeanor and helpful attitude made shipping, returning, and every interaction a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, my latest visit completely shattered that longstanding trust. The new owner is shockingly rude and condescending. I went in to return an item using a QR code label, something I've done without issue countless times before. Instead of assisting me, he raised his voice and refused to scan my code. When I stepped outside to verify with the company I was returning the item to, they confirmed that the QR code would indeed provide the necessary return information. I went back inside to explain this, only to be treated to more snarky remarks. The young girl working there insisted I couldn't return the item due to its size, parroting his earlier refusal. Finally, after much attitude and pushback, he begrudgingly scanned it--but not without a rude, know-it-all commentary about how it would "show as returned and leave me stuck with it." His tone and body language screamed that he just didn't care about my time or my concerns. In the midst of this, I even called the company's customer service and put them on speaker so they could confirm that the QR code was valid. The representative apologized on behalf of the UPS Store and suggested I go to a different location--something I wholeheartedly agreed with. After this experience, I will gladly drive an extra 15 miles if it means never giving this particular store my business again. The owner's "holier than thou" attitude and condescending demeanor are sure to run the store straight into the ground. Customer service is clearly not a priority here anymore. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. read more

In the past 3 months this location has really gone down hill. Hours on website say 8-6:30 but on numerous occasions I've gone and they aren't open. Today went at 8:30am and they were closed. Then went at 5:40p and girls were leaving for the night. Please update website hours. read more

this location used to be my favorite. no more. clerk today was rude beyond words. total attitude which I finally asked her "why?". she said this is me. she didn't like that I had multiple boxes, a difficult location to send to and that my daughter had an address change since I last shipped to her. eye rolls and vocal attitude. the line of people witnessed it as well. unbelievable. employee#132776 at noon on 10/12/23. go to a different location. bad here. read more

Not sure about the negative reviews posted. I have always gotten great customer service from this store. They even tape up the package for you and I know a lot of UPS stores make you do it yourself or charge you for tape. read more

This store could not possibly be less convenient. Monday after Christmas and they're closed. All other stores in the plaza are open - even Kramers! But the UPS store? Closed. I swear this store is only open for the convenience of the owner with no regard for the customers. Not sure how much to blame this particular location or whether it's UPS who sets the hours. But in either case, it seems this place is never open when I need it to be. read more

This is the WORST store. Do NOT use their services - especially if you want your package delivered to the right person. They don't care about their customers at all! They will NOT make sure your package gets delivered correctly - even if you go to the store personally. They need to change their policies - but they won't - so I'm writing this review to warn you instead. Do NOT send your package through them. They incorrectly delivered a package to me that was not mine. Although my day was very hectic, I took this package (large and heavy) that had been incorrectly delivered to my house all the way back to this store for them. Instead of thanking me, they told me that it was MY responsibility to make sure it got to the right person, not theirs. They told me I needed to carry it all the way back home and then try to find out how to get it delivered myself. All they needed to do was call the person whose package it really was - the name and number were right on the package printed by UPS. But they refused to do that and instead threatened that were just going to send it back to me if I didn't take the package home and take care of their error. I left the package at this store anyway - even saying I would throw it out if they sent it back to me. But they didn't care about the rightful owner at all! Tonight they did what they threatened and delivered it right back to me instead. Do NOT use them! read more
