    this location is dishonest in regard to the application process. attempted to apply for a personal delivery vehicle position with a 21$/hr rate but after several days was called and told it was 16$/hr, even after I emailed the screenshot of the higher pay rate that i applied to on indeed.com. I have been in the courier business for 10 years and drive a large cargo vehicle (toyota land cruiser) so these rates are outrageous and not even feasible. I would have never guessed that UPS would engage in a bait and switch like this. i'm currently in contact with several labor complaint orgs in regard to my experience the last five days with the negotiation process here. I do not want to see anyone become victimized from this kind of business practice.

The counter person, in rather broken English stated ' " new manger company.. they says No USP, FED-Ex, nor USPS ships or delivers packages" We Inquired - " and Mail, will we still receive our mail?" Answer nod. " mail stay same" Apparently The Mail Call Owners , by the nane of Corona Are No Longer there... New Management, New Company Name Will Be. " Mail ( letters) Americana"?? The Phone Number Will, At Some Point Be Changed As Well --.As It Is No Longer Working.. Yet counter person Could Not Provide A Definitive Answer As To When This Will Take Place!     I had a return label on my phone, I asked if they could print my return label as I have done so by…read moreemailing the file to the store many times with no problems. The guy behind the counter said that he won't print my return label even though he has a label printer. He requested that I pay to use their computer to print out the label on regular paper and have it stuck to the package in one of their slips that stick to a box. It is a UPS label and should be honored and printed at any location. The guy said that he knows other locations do that but this one doesn't. The guy tried to continue wasting my time, requesting that I placate him by paying for "computer time" or that I find somewhere else to print THEIR shipping label. Incompetent, annoying, and inconvenient. I waited to be annoyed in the car, so I just said have a great day and walked out before he could waste any more of my time. Please go anywhere else, you throw a stone in this town and your likely to hit a plaza with another UPS location.

One time they all hopped over the counter and helped me tape and attach labels. Yesterday, I had the wrong box for the label so the young lady put tape over the entire box so I could get it out. At times everyone cheered me as I made it out the door and everything was sent to my clients. I absolutely love this place they have the best employees and my heart is so full of gratitude and love. I shipped TWO items at $14.99 each- total value $29.98. Their software printed out copy of the customs form listed the total value as $59.96- because they input into their software incorrectly and it multiplied my total value of all items by the total NUMBER of all items AGAIN! ($29.98 x2) Just like my May package that ended up costing $73 in VAT even tho it was a gift under the £50 limit (6 items / $40 declared value by me- these idiots put $240 total value on their printed form cuz 6x40 ) This time I caught them and confronted the manager. What a waste of my time "If you check the gift box they don't charge VAT" she says- not true! The manager there doesn't know their OWN policies and refused to take any responsibility when confronted with their mistake or own the fact that she doesn't train her staff properly Check your packages like a hawk before you pay! We live in Mission Oaks and Postal Magic is right around the corner from our home. I wasn't thrilled with the way the previous owner interacted with me, but I really wanted a convenient place to send and receive mail for my business. To my pleasant surprise, just a few months later, a new owner took over at Postal Magic! The first time I walked in after the ownership change, I still remember Norma greeting me with a great big smile and a warm, positive attitude. From that point on, I've sincerely enjoyed every visit to the shop, even though I'm just going in to do the mundane task of picking up and sending out mail. At this point, even my youngest son looks forward to Postal Magic visits. Norma is always ready with a free sticker or cute little toy that she generously offers to him. It's just one example of the kind, honest, and good-natured values with which Norma runs the shop. I think my little one might even have a crush on Norma because she is so nice to him! I wouldn't consider using another malbox center in town even if I lived across town. I can always depend on Norma and her mailbox prices are extremely reasonable compared to others. If you are shopping around for the right place to setup a mailbox in Camarillo, THIS is the place to do it. We love Postal Magic and we appreciate you Norma!
