I had to wait 25 min before I got my Garlic Cheese Bread (which is an appetizer) when I was told my main food would be out in about 15 to 20 min. I then had to pay a $1.00 extra to get just two extra small containers of ranch dressing. Then when my pizza eventually came out the server asked me if this pizza was too burnt for me. The crust was completely burnt and I could see that the cheese was partially burnt. It was like she was asking me do you want this terrible pizza or wait another 25 min for another one. Well I ended up waiting for another pizza and it ended up being sub-par anyway. Never going here again. If you want quality food and service go to Brooklyn Boys or Two Brothers From Italy. read more

This pizza is Fabulous !!! My wife and I visited after many searches for very good pizza inOceanside. Came in at lunchtime,ordered 2 slices of the Lunch "PEPPERONI" pizza, and ordered a medium SPECIAL and a medium GARLIC DELIGHT pizza. The crust on all were fabulous; light, tasty, almost like pastry. The sauce was killer on both the PEPPERONI and GARLIC. The SPECIAL was like a competitors King Arthur pizza and beat it hands down. We ate the PEPPERONI in-house, and took the others to-go. At Home we reheated both after several hours and the crust was just as good as eating in; quite unusual and an unexpected bonus. PRICE= fairly priced as premium (you get what you pay for), ACCURACY: Spot on to what we ordered; SPEED: Orders came out in 10-15 minutes; Excellent !!! TASTE: Fabulous !!!! Very pleased and we'll re-visit, repurchase. Were not food snobs by any means but we are tired of either chain pizza or High end pizza which is too expensive. read more

Been a regular customer for many years. Won't be back. They raised their prices 30%! 3% ok 30% not ok. Used to be $30 bucks for two people now it's $42. I guess they have to pay for the remodel job. Chairs are very uncomfortable and there is not enough room now to move because they added seats. You can't even get out of your seat because the tables are so close. The pizza and dinners here are amazing but the new renovation (that they are still completing) has all but stripped this place of its small town pizza charm and left a horrible attempt to look like everyone else in its place. Its really nothing special. We paid $20+ for a large pizza that didn't live up to the hype. I would never choose to eat here, i enjoy pizza hut more than this. For this price you're better off at urban, knockout, or privateer if you want a premium pizza. It dis have crust, sauce, and cheese so it technically is pizza. read more

You can't go wrong here. The food is just awesome, every time. Order at the counter, sit down, the food will come to you rather quickly. My favs are the hot sandwich, the antipasto salad, the pizzas, the calzones, oh well, just about anything they make. Just don't care for the garlic bread, but can live without it. Get the bread sticks instead. Oh, and they a small arcade in the back, enough to get kids occupied on spending 10 bucks in 10 min. But we never leave disappointed, and always leave full. Awesome menu! The staff is super nice, including a young man named Josh, I think. Always greets me with a smile! Their salads are to die for, I love their salad dressing as well. The only criticism I have is that they don't put many tomatoes on their salads, even when asking for extra. After ordering my slices at 11:15 I had waited till 12 o'clock before I wanted a refund. They told me in the person that I was with they wanted us to have our meal together but still instead brought out our slices separately which made no sense entirely so after waiting 45 minutes I asked for my money back kindly and the gentleman said that can i ask why you would like your money back and I said because of the time he told me it was going to take 20 minutes when he originally told me five. If you're planning on going to this place you should plan ahead and make sure you have lots of time to wait for your food and you should also go by yourself because if you go with another person one of you was going to have cold food because they would like to suggest that you eat your meal together at the same time. And if their late on your meal the manager a tall slender man will be sure to lie to your face and tell you he said something different. Upper Crust Pizza has the very best pizza in Oceanside! I love this place. It is family owned and has delicious pizza. I usually build my own but they have speciality pizzas too like Garlic Lovers. They have sandwiches and calzones also, which I have not eaten but members of my family have and really enjoyed them. read more

I called in an order for pickup for 2 co-workers and myself for lunch today. I work on the other side of town so if i call ahead it gives me enough time to pick it up, eat, and head back to work. After I got back to work today Uppercrust did not give me 1 whole meal out of the 3 meals that I had ordered. I don't have enough time to drive all the way back over there for my meal that they forgot to give me. I was so frustrated, I called back and the manager (sounded like a younger guy) was so unapologetic it made me even madder. I had my card in the car and all he could offer me was a credit for next time i wanted to eat there; even though I already paid for the food i never got??? No mention to make it right for me or that they were sorry. I had nothing to eat for lunch today, and they acted like that was not their problem. Hate to bash on uppercrust because I really did like them, but how I felt today even as a long time customer I can't say I'd recommend it anymore. read more
